The Brazilian government, once again, will commit a great injustice, and this time will be with the animals. When well it end???
The Brazilian animals protectors are doing everything so that Dilma Rousseff forgive the "debt" of SUIPA (Sociedade União Internacional Protetora dos Animais), a debt of approximately 14 million of reais. This is happening because SUIPA was disregards a charity, just 'cuz it doesn't help to Humans. Then they'll have to pay taxes of 40 THOUSAND reais monthly. But SUIPA lives of donations without any help from the BRAZILIAN government. They DON'T have enough money for the animals, much less for taxes.
As we alredy know, the FIFA, a millionaire entity, was absented to pay the taxes of the World Cup in Brazil. a fact that had NEVER happened in the FIFA history. Allright!!
So why an entity as SUIPA that do a job that should be done by the GOVERNMENT, helping abandoned animals, will have to pay this ridiculous amount?
Once again, SUIPA lives of donations, consequent mind does NOT have the value that the government requires them to pay. With the blocked bank account, animals may end up returning to the streets, being sacrificed or even starving.
And them, are also those who says: "Why would help animals? Dogs or cats? If there's so many childrens and human people that needs help?"
Oooh yeah, I mean, you're so dawn RIGHT!(sqn)
Animals doesn't really need help, after all, "humans" do not treat them badly. They're well on their own. There's no danger for them on the streets, no one is going to torture them, people are so good. "Humans?", they don't abandon their animals on the streets, This NEVER happens, right?!?! Noooo babeee, of course NOT!
WTF are you guys talking about?!!
My heart says: "HELP THE ANIMALS", so I'll follow my heart, okay?!?!
If yours says: "HELP THE CHILDREN", then help children!

"Dilma please as you was so nice to FIFA, be decent with SUIPA!! Or you going to be responsible for killing thousands of animals and a part of all the protectors of Brazil!"
