Every human on the planets is a vast supplier of "human resources" i.e. you have a logical or physical job for them to do and you can extract resources from them and use them to help both them and you, the only problem here is training, but look at any complex problem long enough and it becomes apparent that it is just many narrowly defined tasks one after the other, wouldn't it be nice if there was an actual plan for everyone, and everyone had some say in their future?
