What romantic spanish songs do you headcannon the papas/copia serenading to their s/o? Ive been thinking and id lowkey wish tobias could cover a spanish song. I think it would be interesting to imagine them singing completely in a different language. I know a few hispanics(including myself) in the fan base who would be shook❤😂

That would be really cool to see more non-English covers!

 I like to think all of the Papas are very well versed in many different languages- Spanish being one of the standard ones they are expected to learn in their careers. 

Papa Nihil: “Cuando Calienta el Sol”

A little cheaty because he got it from a movie he saw and loved ages ago. BUT- you can’t lie when you say it’s an amazing song! He loves to sing it to you, it’s got a classic sound! 

Papa I: “Aranjuez con Tu Amor” by Richard Anthony 

A beautiful song with more poetic lyrics, and a true classic. He prefers classics to more modern songs. 

Papa II: “Como fue” by Beny Moré

Papa Actually has a HUGE collection of big band and jazzy sounding vinyls- and this is one of his favorites. It’s also a wonderful song to slow dance to! 

Papa III: “El Amor de Mi Vida” By Ricky Martin

Listen, Papa LOVES Ricky Martin and serenading you is the perfect time for him to belt out his favorite singles!

Cardinal Copia: “Rayando el Sol” by Mana

Sure, it can seem a little sad of a song but it’s so CATCHY! One of his favorites! Catch him dancing around with you gently as he sings it to you!
