Pocket Mirrors

A 2" mirror, perfect for your purse or pocket!

Handmade in Pennsylvania from local, sustainably harvested cherry wood. Comes with cotton muslin bag to keep the mirror clean and safe.

The wood is finished with boiled linseed oil, a natural and traditional wood finish. Due to the natural nature of wood, the wood grain will vary piece to piece. If you would like to specifically pick out your wood grain, I'm happy to email you a picture of a few options.

Introducing #10onthe10th - a year of creatives giving back

Good evening!

Today I am announcing my new program called #10onthe10th. Every month for the next year I will be donating 10% of my online sales on the 10th day to a charity. There is a lot of terrible stuff going on in the world right now, and I want to help change that. The best part about this program, in my opinion, is that I'm not the only one who is doing it. A group of artists and makers that I know have agreed to do it with me. Yarn Box

A yarn bowl with a built in needle sizer, what could be more useful and perfect than that? If you have ever struggled to find your needle gauge, this may be your solution. The outside of the box is 8"x5"x5.25" The inside of the box is 7"x4.5"x4.75" Two average yarn cakes can sit inside the box next to each other. One of the sides of the box has a slot for your yarn to come through, the other side has a built in needle sizer, and a 6" ruler. The box is also a nice size for stashing needles, buttons, and other notions when you're not using them!  Good to know: -The wood that I use is sustainably harvested and local to Pennsylvania (as am I). -The box is cut out with a laser, so those black edges are actually burned black. Leaving the edges black creates a beautiful two-tone design aesthetic that I like to use as a functional accent. The pieces of the box are sanded and oiled by hand. I use boiled linseed oil, a classic finish for wood. The linseed oil seals the wood and brings out its own naturally beautiful color. The box is pressed together, so there is no need for glue. -The wood grain of each box is going to be different and unique - that's one of the beautiful things about working with a natural material!

Just like the phone stand above, there is a curve in the bottom of the tablet stand that allows a charging cord to fit underneath so his tablet can charge while it rests.

4. Coaster Set

These coasters protect the wooden surfaces in your home. They are made out of solid cherry wood and feel solid and stable. There is a groove cut close to the edges of the coaster that acts as a little moat, catching any excess water before it spills onto the table. The coasters are solid, masculine, and make an unusual gift!
