"But… First… You've gotta make sure that no more holes open up beneath you… And that even if you fall you don't think of it as a failure… So that once you're out you can laugh again… And not because you're trying to hide your pain. So that you can go 'Hahaha!' from the bottom of your heart."
Hi! I’ve followed you for a very long time, and love your blog. I’m sorry if you’ve been asked this before but i wanted to know when did you first start watching japanese dramas? Do you live in Japan? Or visited/lived there before? Do you know Japanese?
Thank you for putting up with this mess of a blog for so long! ☺️ I’ve been watching jdramas religiously for the past decade, but I’m pretty sure I watched it the first time when I was a kid. Nope, I don’t live in Japan (I wish lol). I visited once in 2017 but haven’t been back since. 😩 I can read and understand Japanese a little.
Random question but it struck my mind after scrolling through your posts–do you have a favorite interior design/home/apartment from a drama, like a character’s space that you really liked visually or aesthetically, or that you vibed with?
Oh, interesting question. The one that sticks in my mind is the cozy little apartment in Kitchen for Singles. But I think I like most of the interior design in slice-of-life dramas.
Ohhh always thought your blog name is really really comforting, didn't connect it to that phrase at all! Felt more like about introspection, time to ponder, being calm, that kind of thing. Because of that very fitting for what you post too!! A very nice blog. ^_^
Nah, it wasn’t that well thought out. Haha
