+ he first saw you at an art museum + he was probably there for a school project and you were there just for fun, staring at one of the art pieces + it was a painting of a cliff overlooking the sea and you loved the color scheme + something in the picture reminded edmund of narnia and that’s why he went up to look at it + and he noticed you out of the corner of his eye + and like + in his mind he was thinking + two great pieces of art in one day??? i should come here more often + but like + ed is totally not the kind of guy to say that out loud + that was more of a peter thing + and ed  s h u d d e r e d  to think he was anything like peter in that regard + so he just quietly stood next to you for a bit, pretending to be looking at the painting but occasionally looking at you + and like + you didn’t really notice ed next to you + but you should have + i mean + that would have been a cute meeting + but nah + it didn’t happen that way + you guys meet later on + but don’t think that ed going to the art museum was a onetime thing + because you’d be wrong + he went again, and even tho he told everyone it was because of the painting we all know it was because the dork wanted to find you again + you guys meet at the grocery store or something + he’s probably there with lucy and is super bored, but lucy sent him to go get the eggs and he’d never say no to lucy + it’s on his way to get the requested item that he sees you and nearly has a heart attack + because, like, + he is so totally not looking as great as he could + and you look over at him and he kind of has that deer in the headlights look + you laugh slightly + he pushes down his hair to make it look like he has it somewhat together + and so the dork walks over to you and tries to strike up a conversation + about the painting in the museum of course + and it only occurs to him after he said it that you guys hadn’t actually formally met there + so he probably tries to tell you he’s not a stalker and then sounds kind of stupid + but you think it’s funny + and you’re laughing + and that makes him happy + ANYWAY + time flies and you two are the cutest couple ever + lucy teases ed about it + susan low-key ships it + peter always asks you what you see in his little bro + and he’s still awkward sometimes + who isn’t?!?!?! + but i foresee a lot of long hugs where he murmurs in your ear about anything and everything + he’d read out loud on stormy nights until you fall asleep + and when he has a nightmare (you know those still come and go) you’d be there for him + and he loves you so fully and completely and you feel the same
