watching whiplash for the first time (something I should've done a long, long time ago) and I mean this earnestly when I say it is one of the most anxiety inducing films I had witnessed Ever. I don't know how that works, it's a drama, not a horror. but it is so genuinely fear striking within me that I find myself pausing and squeezing my fingers nervously whenever anything remotely happens. like . what the fuck did they put in this? this is a terrible experience. I need to see it through
