Hello! I don’t means this in a mean way by any means, I was just curious. Is grammarly that bad of a thing to stop reading an if over? And I’m thinking of like the suggestions where they may suggest a rewording of a sentence or a usage of a different word. I know that they do have a ai writing feature which I would totally agree is totally valid reason to not to read, but is using it for grammar purposes really that big of a deal?
Also I wanted to know what was your opinion on if blogs that constantly repost other things (ranging from things like order people’s works, which I admittedly like to see because new things to read, or stuff that fits their story’s vibe like quotes or photos) all the time but give no clear update on the progress of their project. While it’s Generative AI is a seperate feauture that must be enabled, it’s use is not complex! This website/app uses integrated AI, so you cannot seperate it’s use between the optional feature and standard.
many spelling and grammar checkers use AI for these features, as programmed options are very rarely functional. Grammarly is not bad for using AI in it’s basic state (that’s just how they function), it’s bad for OFFERING GENERATIVE AI!
It’s use in mundane activities (that are COMPLETELY UNNECCESSARY) like writing an email or doing homework is so prevalent BECAUSE of ease of access!
Not to mention, Generative AI models are trained on existing works, a lot of time without consent or credit! (article here)

As for this, honestly I find it annoying, because I’m only invested in the IF lol.
it’s a great way to keep interest in the IF with tidbits about characters, what they look or act like, scenery to help visualize the setting and general things to cement pieces of the IF in memory!
For “other IFs being reccomended”, this is to just support other creators and also tide over fans in between writing time/chapter updates. Actively writing a story from the ground up is hard, while also trying to drum up and keep public interest?
Regarding posting all of these without a clear update; If the tumblr blog is inactive, (without a previous sign of an update/dev log) then you should start to worry, babe!
