No request, I just wanted to tell you that late Saturday night I watched Kubo (the best thing in the world) with my Mom. (We live alone together so every night is a sleepover.) I skipped from when Sariatu was sending kubo away to when Monkey, Beetle and him were on the boat then turned it off after Sariatu and Hanzo died (that's my favorite chunk of the movie.) My Mom's reaction was "WTF just happened? WTF was that?" And said that it's terrible, inappropriate, and melodramatic.
