So I watched Kubo and The Two Strings yesterday and yes, I started loving Beetle/Hanzo more and more till he became my favorite character.

And yes, his death broke my poor little heart T^T

But today, I realised something that broke my heart even more.

And please be warned, if you fidget, if you look away, if you forget any part of what I tell you, even for an instant...

...then our hero will surely perish.

Hanzo looked away.

He didn't check out on Washi to make sure she was really dead before running to his family. He let his guard down and the witch caught him in his moment of distraction.

That's what caused him to perish, just like the hero in Kubo's stories. He. Looked. Away.

Now I'll just go down in the basement and cry my fucking eyes out again. Seeya.
