Apple Crumble // I like that the desserts here aren't overly sweet..so you can keep eating more 😬 Usually not a fan of the flavours in an apple crumble but I had to try this because it's their best selling and it just looks too pretty! I keep thinking of a submarine when I see this for some reason. Favourite bit is the slight saltiness in the crumble and that bit just under the caramel panel on top, not sure what it is but it's delish! (at Textbook Boulangerie-Patisserie)

Baoger // Steamed bun with double patty. Loved every bit of this. I was a bit skeptical at first thinking the Baoger craze was a bit of a fad, but I'm pleasantly surprised. The beef is cooked perfectly and is definitely the hero. The sauce is damn good and ties everything together and the pickled radish adds a bit of acidity to balance out the entire burger. Definitely would come back for this! Only available on Thursdays. (at Belly Bao)

Blue Pea Flower Sundae // Colours of Spring in a tub. Plenty of textures in this sundae, the blue pea flower soft serve tastes like jasmine tea imo. Rice bubbles give it a good crunch and the sago & taro all have subtle flavours which doesn't dominate the soft serve but rather complements it quite well. (at Devon on Danks)

Chocolate Milkshake // Super chocolatey, there are Freddos and Tiny Teddies around the rim and even a brownie on top 🍫🍫🍫 (at Brewristas)

DMC • 5 textures of Matcha • COOKIE, SPONGE, PARFAIT, TEMPERED CHOCOLATE & LIQUID // Looks so good, tempted to pull some flowers from the pot for garnish 😄 (at Devon on Danks)
