Started working on Sherlock’s chin.

We talked about it, and decided that the curtain drape look would be better with the Victorian style of my ball gown, and the smooth curved more medieval look would better fit the style of Morgan's. So I'll re-sketch both designs, swapping the skirts. The only thing that will change is the way the skirts will fall. The structure will still be the same, but the knife pleats that give out that Victorian style that I love will only be applied to my gown. TLDR: Designs change. I’ve had these pants since middle school, but they had some unfortunate fading around the knees and butt. So I decided to give them some new life with a transformation, using a thrifted plain pink shirt, of similar thickness and stretch to the pants; Adding a lapel to a vest pattern I’ve used before, and like very much.

I totally free-styled the lapel, and I’m not sure if I did it even remotely correctly, but I love how it looks, and it’s amazingly comfortable.

Brainstorm and sketches for two very similar dresses. For myself, and my friend Morgan respectively.

They’re meant to be initially worn with the outermost skirt layer tied up around the shoulders, and cinched at the waist and biceps, (shown in the right set of sketches in the first photo, and the left set in the second).

When untied, (hopefully) the skirt will fall into place, and the weight of the sleeves will cause them to unroll themselves, (shown in the left set of sketches in the first photo, and the right set in the second).
