Chapter 170 (Spoilers)
Never in my life have I been so happy
Collecting my thoughts on Chapter 169 of Gachiakuta, Im alot calmer now
Gachiakuta is an anime that I initially started because it was marketed to me (by my brother) as the autism anime where the love you have for your favorite objects turns them into weapons. I have come to love it for so much more than that. The moment I saw Enjin I was hooked. His presence was so cool and mysterious the first time I saw him that I just wanted to know more. And when he took off his mask! Fuck man I didn't stand a chance. I love me a douchbag with a heart of gold and that's exactly what Enjin is to me. He's got a bigger heart than anyone and he doesn't always blatantly show it, not just saying nice shit for the hell of it. He believes in his team, in his people, and I really admire him alot. I also think he's hot as hell for sure, god damn do I think about climbing him like a tree half the time I see him on screen. If Enjin does really die in the story then well I'll be sad for sure but I wouldn't stop reading Gachiakuta even if Enjin wasn't going to be there anymore. I've been seeing alot of people talking about how they'd drop the manga if he did die and well I just don't think that's right. Sure I yumeship with him and would probably be genuinely upset if it was confirmed that he was dead but that wouldn't stop me from wanting to finish the story. Enjin isn't the only one I care about, I love Rudo and as a protagonist I've never had one I liked quite like him. Do people not care about the story ? Do people really not care what happens to Rudo, Zanka and Riyo if Enjin does die? Why read stories if your just going to stop reading the moment a character you like dies? Did the story even matter to you at that point? I'm sure that its a joke that people would stop reading but to the few who really would stop reading I'd ask you to reconsider. Even if it hurts not having him there anymore.
Would you really stop reading the manga if Enjin died? Even if it left the story unfinished in your mind?
Yes I would stop reading
No I wouldn't stop reading
Im so angry
Gachiakuta Spoilers
Enjin is so right about umbrella's. Ever since I got my new umbrella I feel so cool and secure when I'm under it. And it really is easy to spot in a crowd, but that might just be because I'm the only one actually using one on a sunny day. Parasols are a thing for a reason I guess.
My love letter to Enjin
My favorite character day 1, never thought he was a bum even once. I know guilt, it makes it hard to live sometimes but no matter what you will always have people in your life that will love you unconditionally. I'm so glad that Enjin has so many people in his life that he can laugh and smile with, people that he considers so precious to him like Zanka and Riyo. I'm excited to learn more even though I know its probably gonna make me cry.
Also, Urana, please for the love of GOD don't saw trap him in the torture death machine because someone outed a discord server distributing the manga for free. Please please please Im begging /j
gachiakuta 165!!
His hunches are usually right 🌧️ ☔
I got my lil Enjin plushie a while ago and I love him so much. He goes everywhere with me and gives me so much anxiety that he's gonna fall off his chain and get lost.
Hehehe I love him~
Drawing Enjin while I deal with the snow has been very relaxing
Physical intimacy without sex is way hotter than sex
Enjin's a yearner, its easier to yearn than confess your feelings
(I like this art alot and I like exploring my gender queerness through Gachiakuta)
I had a tiktok go kinda viral so I drew myself a trashsona for Gachiakuta
I figured that instead of waiting for my art to be perfect before posting I should at least post some works in progress of my oc Im working on.
This is Iris! She's a recycled oc that Im repurposing into a Gachiakuta oc. I guess thats kinda fitting given the story of Gachiakuta. Originally she was a catholic girl possessed by a demon so to translate that into the world of Gachiakuta I made her an ex sphere cultist, religious trauma am I right? This is her backstory written as simply and shorty as I can write: Iris was apart of the insane sphere cult and had followed the practices without complaint for years until she turned 18. While praying during a trash storm she was struck down by shrapnel trash, not enough to kill her but enough to cause traumatic brain injury and permanent mobility lose. This is mostly headcannon and general speculation but I believe that the cult would see this as a blessing, " touched by the sacred trash and living to experience its warmth" or some crazy shit like that, ya know? So, for many days she went without medical attention, laying in constant agony in her bed while everyone around her praised her for this amazing gift she was granted. Didn't feel much like a gift when she was constantly throwing up and crying from the pain, she couldn't even sleep. So she finally just said screw it and went with what little money she could to find a doctor that could fix her. Unfortunately, there wasn't much anyone could do but ease the pain and remove any trash still stuck in her skin but it was significantly better than doing nothing. In the end though, she was ratted out by a friend of hers in the cult and immediately kicked out with nothing but the clothes on her back. No money, no family, no protection in a very dangerous words as a disabled person and basically no one trust you because you used to be one of those freaky cultist. Her only hope is the rumor of a girl in the Cleaners who can heal almost any injury with her vital instrument. Iris makes the journey alone the best she can but doesn't get far, that is until a kind old man takes pity on her and takes Iris in. He's in a wheelchair, many years past his prime and offer's Iris his old walking cane. He figures that she'll make much more use of it than he can. Even though he's nice Iris still insist on finding her way to the Cleaners so she can get her life back and the old man doesn't try and stop her, he gets it. Along the way her cane becomes her vital instrument, I haven't come up with a name for her yet. Eventually she does make it to the Cleaners but I feel like I've words vomited enough for one post so when I make her actual character sheet I'll write more.
I super ship her with Follo because I feel like he's the kinda guy to jump on the opportunity to be helpful to someone like her. But at the same time see her as a person more than her disability. Very much a girlfriend worshiper kinda guy.
I feel like....I have alot of opinions on ships Also that Hyo and August one was super influenced by the recent chapter today. Last minute add in. If you draw good enough fanart of a gachiakuta ship then I can be easily swayed.
Ageing up a character from an anime except Im makeing an older man even older
Do you guys think that Bro's vital instrument Cloth is actually the swaddle he used to wrap Dear when he was a baby? I think it makes alot of sense and is very cute for there relationship.
Love and imagination and creativity are the strongest powers that givers have. Its beautiful, the literal power of love for not just people but for your items are so much more powerful than hatred and violence. I was so worried about Rudo but I should have known that he'd get the help he needed from Gountess.
You know, I feel like Gachiakuta came to me at the right time because Im literally a janitor at a mall who feels that alot of people produce unnecessary waste. If I had watched it or read it any earlier I probably would have completely diffrent opinions and feelings.
Alot of the time I get this feeling like " This was out there the whole time? Why didnt I seek it out sooner!?!" But for once I dont really feel that. It came to me at the right time.
