A role like Superman seems like something that everybody would want, and that’s not true. There are some people who wouldn’t want that role and who would, if given the opportunity, say no. I am obviously not one of those people. But I certainly tried to think of reasons not to.

I need to scream like a crazy woman about Mads Mikkelsen this week for Man Tiddie Monday. He's a walking work of art. This man is so incredibly gorgeous, he must be every photographer's and filmmaker's wet dream. He's been in bunches of editorial and fashion spreads, most recently for Italian (?) clothing brand Zegna. A Danish actor who studied to be a gymnast (seriously), he worked as a professional dancer for about a decade before going into acting. At 59, he's wearing silver foxhood as though he was born for the role. (Look at him; he was). I first noticed him as bleeding-eye Bond villain Le Chiffre in the most recent version of Casino Royale. And he's been in the hugely popular television series Hannibal, as Hannibal Lecter, pretty much stealing every scene. I'd watch this man read the phone book, but I don't have to, because he has a large catalog of film and television I can dive into instead. A side note, the last three photos are from an incredible shoot by photographer Patrizio di Renzo. They're worth a click, because they're high quality, or just jump over to the artist's site to have a look at the whole collection.
This one made me gasp 😍🥵🔥
