Placing yet another kiss to the top of Tibby’s head, Alex closed his eyes, fingers idly stroking over his lover’s back as the thought of how to answer all these questions. He hadn’t thought of anything specific when he made the offer but it probably wouldn’t be too hard to come up with something. “Hmm,” a little hum at being kissed, smile spreading on his face.

“I am sure, yes. I wouldn’t lie to you, would I?” At least not until it was really necessary. “I’m not too hungry so maybe something light. Do you like pancakes? And I guess we can think about which movie to watch while we’re eating.”

   He was perfectly happy there, humming a happy little tune as he continued to play absently with his partner’s hair. 

      “Well, I’d hope not.” Tibby giggled softly, resting his head against Alex’s shoulder. “Alright. But only if you don’t mind cooking.” He was still rather incompetent in the kitchen. He’d never had to cook for himself before. “I’ll help if I can, though.” Though he didn’t want to move from his comfortable place on his lover’s lap, he would once they were ready to.
