Perhaps he did sound more than a little unforgiving here but given he had just spent much of his time running - and hiding - from her, he didn't feel as though it were totally unwarranted…! Although…if he was being completely honest with himself here - it was clear that he couldn't keep up with the constant running and hiding either.  Offering an olive branch - of sorts - did seem like his best option here, lest he end up on the other end of her fork…!

Well. She could, technically speaking. Being desperate led you to do things you'd never think you'd ever do, but here? She'd rather not have to do that, thank you! She didn't need the cops going after her ( especially after she chased some guy down with a fork like a maniac. Gosh, she wondered if anyone else actually called the police already on her—-? )

A frustrated groan finds its way out of her throat.

" fine, fine! i'll give you instant ramen—- " Her bag's slung off her shoulder then, hand fishing through the contents with little more than a sigh and a grumble. Better this than jail, at least. " alright, start naming brands. if i have it, i'll toss it to you. if i don't, i'll tell you. so what'll it be? "
