In the red dragon KRS au, Eruhaben is the first being to encounter Roksu after his capture and care for him. It was a pure chance encounter, on the surface, but Eruhaben felt as though something was pulling him in Roksu’s direction. Perhaps the will of a God? No matter what it was, Roksu was his responsibility now, regardless of how much trouble this unlucky punk could bring his way.

Roksu couldn’t have been more grateful for Eruhaben to be the one to find him and take him in. Never learning of the ancient dragon from Birth of a Hero and getting to know someone outside the fictional reality he’d sheltered himself in, he finds that this world is beyond just words in a novel, but rather something real and where he exists. Something he couldn’t process since he first came to this world.

Have you decided on an aspect for dragon!krs?

Honestly i’ve had so much trouble deciding this particular thing regarding Kim Roksu 😅 originally i found it complicated and confusing to even give him a dragon’s aspect ability, due to Roksu’s already existing abilities that carried on over from his past life, as well as what i’d even do with the ancient powers since dragons cant possess them to begin with 😭

My best answer at the moment, would probably be Instant.

I actually got some inspiration from this lovely post!!!

I especially love the idea that Kim Roksu probably got slimed out by the White Star twice 😭 and it would also align with what I’m envisioning!!

You see, what if the attribute meant for the unborn red dragon, was in fact Instant? Earth-Kim Roksu first developed his Record ability and later got Instant, what if his soul had met the requirements for unlocking it specifically? I wont get into the logistics of how this would work, but the idea is that Instant was too powerful for the human Kim Roksu to wield because it was originally meant for a much stronger being— a dragon.

HENCE—! Kim Roksu, now in the body of a freshly born dragon, is reincarnated with BOTH of his abilities, including his meant-to-be attribute, Instant. So instead of having to go through a growth phase to develop it, he literally spawns in with it. This has consequences though, i need to nerf my boy somehow 😔🥀 Due to the fragile premature state of his dragon body and though not as severe (and the fact that he is way too young to even be using an aspect in the first place) he still faces repercussions to using it.

Ahem and yeah. Also Instant is a time related-attribute, and while not directly manipulating time like Raon’s Present attribute, it’s still related, which makes the fact that Roksu has Instant even funnier since it fits in so perfectly with Raon’s 😭
