Fictional, illustrated, and rendered content is generally fine, assuming it's legal. AI-generated imagery that is designed to resemble photographic content of real people is not allowed. Content glorifying sexual violence is not permitted. Depictions of minors, minor-presenting, or suggested minors in a sexual context are not allowed and will result in account suspension." ...Now correct me if I'm wrong but:
I do not have images in the literal text-based game, last I checked, so by default THAT'S not the issue

It got briefly indicated in Shameless Love, but Nokto likes making Yves orgasm multiple times. It's to a point where he'll tells Yves right out that he wants X number tonight and unless Yves directly says he's too tired or can only do up to Y number tonight, Yves will do that many orgasms. The highest number I think they've done was probably like 10 or so (they had to take breaks obvi, and by the end it was dry orgasms, but Yves did eventually get there)
