Small penises aren't bad, balding isn't bad, being short isn't bad, being fat isn't bad. Physical traits are not signs of morality, and the sooner people stop mocking people for their bodies (yes, even when they're bad) the better.
Let's make it tangible: when you mock Donald Trump for his physical appearance, for being old or fat or bald or orange, you're not going to hurt Donald Trump. He will probably never see your post, much less care what you think of him. But everyone else on the internet, people you probably don't intend to hurt, will see it and might think less of themselves because they share the trait you were mocking. By all means, criticize Donald Trump. Criticize his treasonous behavior, his incredible vanity, his lack of common sense, his ridiculous kowtowing to Putin, his terrible policies that have killed millions of Americans... the list goes on. Just don't mock his appearance. That's a low-hanging fruit that accomplishes nothing and makes people feel bad.
