He hadn’t lived in this house as long as the Dane nor made as many memories so the attachment wasn’t as keen. ] This place never really did feel like home.. It’s too big and empty.. [ His voice lingered, but it was the truth, after years of being with one of his brothers living alone was just that— alone. ] It’s nice to be able to make the choice to live with whoever I want without old politics… I am thankful for that I guess.

[ His smile saddened a bit, letting out a slow sigh. ] Don't I know it. I always thought a big house would be nice, all to myself, but honestly, I don't have enough stuff to fill it, and even if I did it's not exactly the same without any body else to share such a vast home with. So I do congratulate you! I am very happy for the both of you.

But not without topping his mug off with the coffee remaining in the pot.] I am very much looking forward to settling.. But Mathias got sentimental about his old place so.. [Sighs] We decided not to sell it either.. He said it had too many memories.. I feel bad about suggesting getting our own place..

As the other spoke his smile slowly faded and he pursed his lips, pondering on exactly what to say. ] I can understand both sides here, but with you two having your own place it seems a bit odd, I guess, to still keep the other house...
