I got up so early I made spelt pasta with crushed garlic, extra virgin olive oil, capers, olives, chorizo, alfredo sauce with a dash of herbs, paprika, basil & spinach pesto, cracked pepper, and himalayan rock salt. Lunch is simple. Croissant with GF Pepperoni Salami + GF Parmesan Basil Pesto Hummus with Baby Spinach.

Cooked curry with red kidney beans, chickpeas and spinch leaves..Definitely one of my favorites! ;)

This makes me smile! A Kowhai bloom during winter..This morning was all frost and bitter cold but it's turned out to be such a beautiful and sunny day..😇

Our food came at the same time too! I have to say this is a very impressive veggie platter with grilled Halloumi. #artisancafe

At the Artisan cafe..We had coffees and didn't have to wait very long for brunch! The Chorizo dish and I wanted Spinach instead of toast.. 😇
