I might actually have to start working on my biceps
:( when I do pull-ups I can feel my biceps holding me back. I feel so basic doing curls but this will help me in the long run. Strength>aesthetics
First day back at the gym after a few weeks due to an unexpected marathon of irresponsibly being drunk back to back to back smh. Body fat percentage is pretty high. Just look at dem love handles LOL
Crossfit (again)
So I started crossfit classes yesterday. Bought a month's worth from groupon. I might as well record any progress and other experiences Front squats WOD 30 Wall Balls 20 Burpees 10 Box jump overs The next day I immediately see a difference in my triceps which is probably due to the wall balls. Extending my triceps at a different angle plus explosive exercise stimulated the long head in such a way that there is a significant increase in size. If I keep at it, the difference will be permanent instead of seeing it when it's pumped
After checking various sources, I am about 20lbs overweight for my BMI--and I rounded down. Smh. I'll try to burn off what I can. Aiming for 10lbs in two weeks, but that will take a miracle. It's possible, but chances are too slim considering the dedication it will take.

…to start giving a shit about my physical appearance. School got me bumming it too often. Didn’t really care about my hair, clothes, or diet. I’ve felt dirty and lazy all semester. Even when I went to Vegas earlier I pretty much just threw my hair up and put on some dress shirt. It’s been awhile since I have actually tried. I wonder what I would look like or feel like if I gave a shit about my appearance
