Accidental desperation

Today has been a slow day at the office and I’ve been necking cups of tea, because with tea comes biscuits.

I’ve had 4 cups of tea and about 1. 5 litres of water since lunch. I’ve also peed about 4 times, highly unusual for me, I normally go once. I’ve left the office (and an accessible bathroom) and I have an hours commute ahead of me. Now I live in the sticks, very rural, very few amenities. I get the train to work and both the station I get on the train and the station I get off have 1 bathroom each and not nice bathrooms at that (think drug dens and foul smelling), the train is also normally lacking in a bathroom.

But it gets better, I get off the train and I have a 15-20 minute cycle uphill to get home.

By the feel of my bladder right now and my fluid intake over the last hour I don’t know if I’ll make it the 30 minute train ride let alone the cycle. I’m so desperate already I don’t even think I could pee if I found a toilet.
