I am proud to announce that on May 29th, 2026, I became the very first person in my family to graduate from college. I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with a major in 2D animation. My final GPA was 3.79.

Once again, I **deeply** apologize for being gone for so long again. I didn't realize that it had already been exactly 4 months since my last post. I'm still getting used to having social media (like... at all) so I ask you to please be patient with me as I learn the ropes here.

I already posted this piece along with a *very* long essay about my emotions and thoughts over on my Instagram (same username as my Tumblr here, but as of right now there are only 2 posts), but I won't bore you with that here. I also don't feel like typing that much all over again. What I will say is that I do want to make a goal of posting at least semi-frequently on all my platforms over the next few months as I do want to go job hunting in the animation field sometime in the next couple of months. I'm just trying to make sure that I am financially stable enough to move if/when I need to, and that I make my portfolio the best it can be.

As of right now, I'm just chilling, working on some personal pieces for my own practice and amusement. My home/family situation has also gotten a LOT BETTER since my last post back in March. I feel like I'm in a much safer environment where I am free to express myself with no judgement. I also have a lot of free time within this next week and a half, so hopefully there will be more opportunities for art stuff now that I have graduated and only have to worry about my night job for the time being.

I know I only have a small following, and I've rarely posted the last five years (apparently this past May 31st was my blog's five-year anniversary, which sucks that I missed that), but still, thank you for being with me through this journey into young adulthood. Here's to me hopefully being around a lot more with new art!

(P.S. The bunny featured here is Bella the Bunny, who I consider my brand mascot. She was the very first character I drew on Paint Tool Sai back in July of 2020, when I was 16. The anniversary of the drawing is coming up in 5 days, actually. So, I might do something with that. No promises, though.)
