VIRUS (1999) dir. John Bruno
That’s how you get deathless… walk the same tale over and over, until you wear a groove in the world, until even if you vanished, the tale would keep turning, keep playing, like a phonograph, and you’d have to get up again, even with a bullet through your eye, to play your part and say your lines.
No one here to help

This was an absolute dream come true: I got to do the Immigration Tour at MIB Alien Attack! First they take you backstage down a special set of stairs and your tour guide explains what you can and can't touch, and that there are sone MIB agent registration forms on the desks that you can fill out. You go in and take all the photos you want, and then your tour guide gives you tips for getting the high score and then walks you right onto the ride! (Ours also told us some fun facts, like that there's a group called the 900 Club who regularly comes and does dozens of runs on the ride trying to max out their score.)
There are some really neat details here that you only get to see up close-- the MIB registration forms for aliens like Kang, Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, a bulletin board with all sorts of neat easter eggs (see my next post), and the newspaper on the twins' desk, which is actually an Orlando newspaper from when the ride first opened.
If you want to take this tour, go to the TM at the attraction entrance and ask to be put on the list for the Immigration Tour. They'll likely run one tour in the afternoon and one in the evening. There aren't many spots, so sign up quick, ideally at 10am when the ride opens!
This is so cool! MIB has one of the best queues. I had no idea there was a way to actually explore the lobby in more detail. Is it a paid tour or is it just limited by number of people?
Beast Machines Megatron art by Bronson Combs
In Beast Machines, Megatron had taken entire control of Cybertron, wanting to consolidate every Transformer's Spark into himself, becoming the ultimate being and purging the beast mode he acquired in Beast Wars.
This piece was drawn mostly digitally, befitting of the organic hating character, with depictions of all his other forms drawn traditionally and added in.
The red symbols are Predacon Cybertronix text that translates to "Til All Are One" inspired by a video essay of the character by Ronbondujon.
One spark - Two personalities - Mixed Media
In Beast Wars, Rhinox was a strong, smart, and empathetic hero.
By Beast Machines, he was captured and his spark extracted and placed into a Vehicon general to serve Megatron. He was called Tankor. He was eventually freed of his programming, but his time had changed him. He now believed that Megatron's plans were correct except that he should be in charge of them instead.
Eventually Tankor's plans were defeated and he was killed. After death, Rhinox realized the error of his ways, reaching out to his old friend, Optimus Primal and expressing regret for his actions.
