Deep conversations are literally my favorite thing. But what I hate is when you’re the only one spilling thoughts, while the other participant just agrees or doesn’t reciprocate or throw their thoughts into the conversation. I love learning new things about people and how their minds work, it’s what keeps me going; how am I supposed to do that with “true” and “mhm.” How am I supposed to make my relationship grow with you and how do you expect me to understand you better with just a “mhm.” I want to know what makes you tick, or the little things that make your eyes wide and your heart race. Tell me what you’re passionate about, whether it be you’re against it or completely fucking infatuated with it. Just let me learn you.
