A letter to our guests this weekend

It is Solar Eclipse and move-in weekend for USC. We are the largest hotel in Columbia (300 rooms). Approximately 1/3 of our guests will be Platinum or Gold with Marriott Rewards. So let me answer a few questions for you: 1. No, we do not have any upgrades. 2. Yes, you have to pay for parking. 3. No, you cannot have an extra breakfast voucher. 4. Early check-in through the app is a REQUEST, not a guarantee. 5. It's not our problem if you guarantee a king bed for you and your family of four. 6.
