Last January 2015, I had my first winter experience at Korea with my batch mates. When I got the news that our international tour is confirmed, I called my mom right away to let her know so she can arrange my Visa requirements. I was really excited 'cause finally I can visit the home of Koreanovelas (which I was addicted when I was in high school) plus I get the chance to celebrate my special day in Korea. There were so many plans that my friends and I made that day. We were really excited cause it will be winter time and there will be so many things that will be ticked off in our bucket list. We were talking that time about what should we wear (which we prepared 2 moths ago before the tour), the activities, shopping, and food, and many more! Day 1: Hola Korea!!!! I was amazed how grand Incheon airport is, no wonder they were the best airport. Our tour guides gave us ample time to eat first and find money changer. The moment that we step out of the airport IT WAS SO FREAKING COLD! We were so ignorant that time that we even pretended like we were puffing a cigarette 'cause everytime we talk or blow, there's like a smoke coming out from our mouth (lol). Our first destination is Namsan Seoul tower. I was ecstatic cause finally I get the chance to see the love lock bridge!! It brought so much joy to me ‘cause way back, I only see it in Koreanovelas and the internet and now it's real! It felt surreal and the view is really amazing. After N. Seoul tower, we went to Hanbok village traditional houses. But then, I started not to feel well ‘cause I had a hard time adjusting to the cold weather plus I didn't had enough sleep so I didn't enjoyed. Finally we headed to the hotel located in Dongdaemun. After checking in, I decided to rest first then went out to look for a restaurant to have dinner with my friends. After eating and strolling around, we went back to the hotel then prepared and rested for the next day.
