the game? oh it looked chill at first but nah 💀 we had to use yarn to grab a ping pong ball and stretch it all the way to point B… LIKE??? coordination left the group chat 😭

everyone was yelling, panicking, laughing like full chaos mode 😭 we were rushing too bc more balls = more points so it was giving panic speedrun energy 💀

hands shaking, brains lagging, teamwork hanging by a thread (literally yarn 😭)

but ngl it was actually so fun 😭 like exhausting but worth it. we survived… barely 🤣

HELPING 🚨⛑️

earlier, we listened to the facilitator demonstrate how to give first aid in case of emergencies. it was actually really informative and educational because we learned what to do if someone suddenly needs help. it’s one of those activities where you realize these simple skills can really matter in real-life situations.

after that, Miss Barbie also announced the updates about our P3 and upcoming examinations for her subject. not gonna lie… it was nice hearing the announcement too hehe.

so yeah, it was a simple facilitation but still very meaningful and helpful. learning something practical

Another day, another facilitation moment that turned into cardio and brain exercise at the same time. 😭

For the last 3 groups, the activity was actually fun but chaotic in the best way. The members had to line up and answer 12 questions related to their topic. Sounds simple… but wait. 😭😭😭😭😭

Once it was your turn, you had to RUN to the front where a table was waiting. On the table were scrambled letters, and your mission was to arrange the letters to form the correct answer. So imagine everyone running, thinking, and trying to unscramble letters while the pressure is real.

It was literally a mix of speed, teamwork, and “wait… is that even the right spelling?” moments.

Everyone was running back and forth, some confidently arranging letters, some just staring at the table like “why are there so many letters??” 😭

But honestly, it made the discussion more interactive and engaging, and it definitely woke everyone up. 🤪

POV: you’re not the facilitator but you still ended up running for your life in the activity 😭

So we had this facilitation and it started pretty normal. Each group had to present their chant in front of the judges. Everyone was hyping their group up, shouting their chants like our grades depended on it (because lowkey… it might 😭).

After all the groups finished, we thought the activity was finally over. Like okay period, we survived.

BUT NO.

The facilitators suddenly said we had to RUN to the front and grab any random object we could find. When I say run… I mean RUN. It instantly turned into survival mode because everyone was trying to grab something before the others did.

Then they gave us a scenario and we had to use the random object we picked as a prop. Mind you, people were holding the most random things ever and trying to act like it actually made sense in the scenario. The amount of improvising and delusion happening was insane 😭

People were acting, thinking on the spot, laughing, and somehow making the weirdest objects work. It was chaotic, unserious, and honestly one of the most entertaining class activities we’ve had.

The facilitation activity titled “Who’s Swaying Who?” was a fun and engaging mystery-solving challenge. We were given a case scenario that required us to carefully analyze clues and discuss possible explanations with our group. Through collaboration and critical thinking, we tried to piece together the information to figure out what really happened.

The exciting part was that after discussing the evidence, we had to guess who the killer was. Everyone had their own interpretations of the clues, which led to interesting debates and discussions. As we listened to each other’s perspectives, some of us even changed our answers, showing how easily ideas and opinions can be influenced during group discussions.

Safe to say… the plot twists were plotting, the theories were theorizing, and the group chats in our heads were definitely arguing. In the end, we were not just solving the mystery we were also seeing who was actually swaying who. Lowkey giving detective era energy. 🕵️‍♀️✨

we were just participants in a facilitation game & lowkey learned how quick we are to assume stuff. social beliefs hit different when you actually notice them.

even when it’s just a “game,” you realize how quick we are to assume, categorize, and make snap judgments without even knowing the full story. It’s wild how our own biases sneak in so effortlessly.

Yesterday, we facilitated.

But more than that, we learned how people work.

Social thinking isn’t just about observing behavior. It’s about understanding context, emotions, unspoken meanings, and perspectives we don’t immediately see.

Because one day, reading between the lines won’t just be part of a classroom activity. It might help us understand a patient, a colleague, or even ourselves.

Standing there facilitating, I realized this isn’t just theory for exams. It’s a skill. A life skill. Especially in fields like medicine, psychology, and anything that involves people which is basically everything.

It made me realize that intelligence isn’t just academic.

It’s emotional. It’s social. It’s being aware of how your presence affects others.

Every discussion like this feels like preparation for something bigger.

Prejudice = lowkey judging someone before you even know them. Labels, assumptions, bias. Happens more than we admit.

Aggression = when that bias turns into words, vibes, or straight-up energy that hurts.

They feed each other. Prejudice sparks aggression. Aggression reinforces prejudice. It’s a cycle.

Fix? Pause. Think. Listen. Empathy > Clout. Always.

Sometimes we don’t choose our actions.

Sometimes, we blend.

Conformity is the quiet pressure to match the people around us. It’s agreeing just to avoid awkwardness, following trends so we don’t feel left out, and changing ourselves to fit the room. It’s subtle, but powerful especially in school spaces where belonging feels important.

Obedience is different. It’s following rules because someone in authority said so. Teachers, parents, leaders we listen because we’re taught to. Not always because we agree, but because disobeying feels risky.

These influences aren’t always bad. They help keep structure and order. They teach cooperation and discipline. But when we stop questioning, when we follow without thinking, that’s when problems start.
