notes from a shared screen 💗
earlier we felt like one of those small but meaningful pauses. a group huddle. shared screens. half-smiles. ideas still unfinished, but alive. we talked about games: cup stacks clinking, hands tangled in a human knot, moments of trust built with strangers who slowly stop feeling like strangers. social thinking isn’t just theory. i t’s overconfidence we don’t notice, biases we carry without realizing, teamwork that only works when someone listens. we reminded ourselves to stay flexible. to let ideas change shape. to choose connection over perfection. icebreakers before anything else two truths and a lie, names spoken gently, laughter loosening the room.maybe growth looks like this: drafts, discussions, revisions, and the quiet understanding that we’re learning with each other, not alone. still a work in progress and that's okay. :))
its us and my katinko against the world 🤪
