Wrapping up this section of water dwelling Pokemon in the Johtodex is the Slowpoke line!

Slowking is actually my mom’s favorite Pokemon and we both have fond memories of it from the second Pokemon movie.  I think anxious people like us admire the calming and laid-back attitude of the regal Pokemon!

Also this Slowpoke I modeled after the Japanese Gen 2 sprite, which has an underbelly similar to Slowbro.  But you don’t see that on any Slowpoke since!
