To. My muses, Starlights,
Hello Starlights, today I’m going to write about something everyone has been curious about.
As you all know, I was born in 1990, so I’ll be enlisting a little bit late on December 2nd
It won’t be regular enlistment, I’ll be serving as a public service worker.
This is something that fans who know a lot about me already know, but starting since the November 2013 VIXX world tour fanmeeting, I’ve suffered from a serious panic disorder and depression.
Until now, I’ve been consistently taking medicine and getting treatment so that it doesn’t get worse.
Since long ago, I’ve always thought I wanted to show you myself healthily serving in the military, so now that I’m enlisting late and can’t do that, my heart is heavy in many ways.
Before anything else, I wanted to apologise and apologise again to the many people who will worry because I am hurting and to the people who will be disappointed..
I know well that you will feel uneasy that you can’t express yourself directly to me and that you will worry like it’s your own problem.
In the 7-8 years that have passed as VIXX, there were many moments that were so difficult and I wanted to stop, but the reason I was able to pick myself up and walk on in the right way again was thanks to ‘Starlights’, our muses.
Because you are here, the person I am now exists too..
To everyone who supported me for 8 years and loved VIXX, I want to say one more time that thanks to all of you me right now, and VIXX, is here
I will never forget this appreciation and gratefulness, and I’ll do my very best to be a Jung Taekwoon who gives you all strength, repays you with comforting songs, and in those ways becomes your ‘muse’.
I have received so much, so I feel apologetic more than thankful, but I’ll work to become healthier so I can repay you and come back safely.
For always being my strength, and for loving me more than I do and watching over me, I bow to you and sincerely thank you..
