Well, isolation is the run of the mill procedure, but it just.. it doesn’t seem like it works. it’s just trapping people up and leaving them to soak in their own thoughts and that doesn’t seem like a good thing in those cases. Uhh, maybe make it mandatory for him to go to group counseling where he has to be nice to people? I.. I don’t know.
I'm not a fan of isolation at all. It gives more time for people to build up rage that will only be released once they're let out... Group counseling could work, but I don't know if I want to let someone so dangerous sit with a group that they're only going to hate.
"The information on the disorders?" He waved his hand side to side, "Eh, a little bit. She interrupted half way through the process. And now whenever I try to read up again, I have to be watched. It takes out all the interest."
"I have to admit.. I've never heard of a patient that wants to learn more about their own, and others disorders." Scrunching her nose up for a moment she nodded. "Well, accidents happen.. If you still want to read about things, I could organize an hour or so a day for you to be able to have some peace without anyone watching you."
"Is it not obvious? I wanted to look up disorders, even wanted to look up my own," the male shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly.
"Nothings ever obvious--" she froze for a split second, clearing her throat in the process. "You did? Well, as horrible as what you have done to the young lady is.. I have to ask, did you end up getting it?"
That is true. [Lance sighed and pinched the edge of his nose] What’re you going to do to him?
.....I'm open to suggestions.
"Because I was in a doctors office? The doctor wasn’t there?.." He made a face as if his explanation should have been obvious. "Maybe you guys should learn to lock your doors. I had been looking for a medical encyclopedia..she needed a doctor and so I played along."
"Oh really?" she questioned almost rhetorically, believing that a doctor would have been slack enough to leave an office door open. "Derrick.. What did you want with a medical encyclopedia?"
Why would it make you feel safer around some of the patients? [Lance inquired sincerely, a confused expression on his face] Did you find someone who is a good suspect?
Because the doctors tend to aggravate patients. [Imogen shrugged slowly, running her fingers through her hair with a nod] Yes. But I'm not too sure yet. I'd like to be able to hear him admit to the incident if he is guilty.
He made a face, scrunching his nose, “It was a joke. Don’t you know I’m prone to being very sarcastic? Besides, this wasn’t even planned. She had just stumbled in at the wrong time.”
"Obviously not." Imogen closed the folder and crossed her arms over her chest, a sigh leaving her lips before she spoke. "So she was in the wrong place at the wrong time.. And you decided to go through with it? How did you get a hold on doctors equipment in the first place?"
Where the hell are even all the doctors? I haven’t seen them around lately and this place is getting more and more chaotic. It’s.. I don’t know. Did you hear about the kid pretending to be a doctor and hurt that girl Josie?
I have no idea.. But now's not a good time for them all to start disappearing, even if it does make me feel safer around some of the patients. --I did hear about it. I was actually looking through patient files for suspects before I had the visitor with eyeopening ideas came in.
Me too, Imogen.. But who ever listens to nurses? [A bitter laugh escaped his lips and he sat back up]
Nobody.. And because of that, people like you and I are to blame for this madness.
This place is a real shit hole, isn’t it? [Lance pursed his lips and let out an exasperated sigh before putting his face in his hands]
It's broken.. And I wish I knew how to fix it..
"Then we may get along after all," he smirked sarcastically, leaning forward. "You want to know how I did it? Why are you trying to adopt my methods?” He gave off a sick grin, biting back a bitter laugh.
She was silent for a moment, her eyes rolling off to the side as her head nodded. "You misunderstand me. I only want to know how.. To make sure that it never happens again."
It really is.. What was their depiction on the inside of this place?
[Imogen cleared her throat before smearing black paint over the picture, her hands picking up a tiny container filled with red paint before chucking that over the black.] ...Impression two.. Chaos and destruction.
"So why come to me so nonchalantly?" Derrick mused aloud, staying put in his comfortable pose. "Aren’t you supposed to take me away and lock me in some god forsaken room with no windows?" He let out a small scoff.
"I don't believe in isolation." she answered simply, letting her eyes examine the room slowly before sitting on the male again. "I'd rather know how you did it and urge you to recognize the issue."
Do you wish to be scary Mr. Healy?
The male let out a deep sigh, finally letting his blue speckled hues meet hers, “So come back to me when you have cold, hard facts.” Derrick sat up, giving her a challenging gaze.
"I have facts.. Evidence that points to you, dear." Imogen stood her ground, watching as the male challenged her before opening the slim folder that she held. "The victim described your physical appearance and knew that your name began with a D. Out of all of the patients here. Unfortunately, you're the only one.."
