I want to start writing some sanders sides fanfictions again, to get more involved and social and interact with other fanders!

The end card in the newest Sanders Sides episode (CPIOH) hit me hard and I wanna talk about one of the reasons why

Notice how each side has one plushie off themselves? Roman and Patton even talk to their plushies like how they would talk to themselves or a close friend. Virgil is sleeping, but he cuddles his plushie. Logan, though?

Logan has plushies of ALL of them.

The other three sides having one plushie of themselves and talking to them/keeping them close shows more of an introspective perspective. They’re finding comfort from within themselves. Logan having plushies of all of them shows that his struggle is external. He doesn’t think he’s part of the group, and that’s not something he can fix by looking within himself or comforting himself. Having all the plushies together symbolizes what he wants for himself, in reality.

Anyone else feel almost a flash of nostalgia watching the video? It reminded me so much of the earlier Sanders Sides episodes where the videos were shorter and simpler and less angsty. It was nice to get something light-hearted and informative with everyone getting along.

I love seeing different fanfic authors’ portrayals of Remus. He’s a mad prophet. He’s a tortured artist. He loves his brother. He hates his brother. He’s a force of nature. He’s pure evil. He needs a hug. He’s pure evil and he needs a hug. He’s barely functional. He’s the most well-adjusted character in the show. He’s just a funny little man who makes lewd jokes. He’s going to eat your shoes. He’s going to steal your car. He’s going to inadvertently bring about the apocalypse. I never know exactly what to expect when he shows up in a fic, and I think that’s beautiful

god i wanna know the lore of this world already. how are different races treated? how different is this world from classic 5e since its homebrew

like personally i play in a traditional 5e world way way less often. there is a lot of homebrew :]

not to say that sticking to the traditional dnd world is bad, its a very very nice foundation for new players/dms but branching out creatively is also nice
