Zac waited for Dallas’ answer, before he’d start walking to their meeting point. Even if he had walked towards that place a lot of times, he couldn’t get there any faster. And once he saw Dallas already there, he got a losing point in his head, as he didn’t arrive there first. “You’re here. He panted once he saw her. “How are you?” He said breathlessly.

Dallas heard Zac’s voice and turned to look at him, smiling. “Yeah, I thought it would have more traffic... It happens it didn’t.” She shrugged. “You seem tired, you wanna sit?” She said looking around for a bench. “I’m good. I have a few gigs next month, but all in New York. So I’ll be around for a long time I guess.” Dallas smiled. “How are you? Tell me everything.”

Zac spent the whole day in one of the NYUs caffeterias, filling out papers, either for job applications, for master’s applications or classes that he had to finish to finally get his degree. He raised his head to check on the people around him and he realized that it had been so long since High School and then, again time flew by pretty fast. Those thoughts were induced by his meeting with Dallas a little later. He gathered up his papers again, placed them in his bag and walked out of the caffeteria and out of the college campus. He sent a message to her, and he suddenly got nervous about everything. “I’ll be at the west entrance of Central Park in 5′. We can meet there?”

Dallas had just had a talk with her agent, she made a schedule of her next works and scheduled to call a person who wanted to talk to her as well. She had agreed to meet Zac later and she couldn’t be happier. With all her travels, has had little time to spend with her friends... And her brother, as well. She felt her phone ring, saying she got a message and smiled as she answered. “Sure, I’ll take about ten to get there.” She got into her car and drove to the central park. Ten minutes later she was there, searching for Zac.

I don’t know if it’s normal, but I have a huge urge to leave New York and go to Canada for a few days. It could be the graduation blues, that are pretty far, but not as far as before. Or I have the birthday blues, that are a month away. So, generally, I have the blues.

Am I going to sound too bitchy if I say, I almost put an eye pencil in a model’s eye on purpose? Am I acting psychopathic that she doesn’t treat me nice? Was I too naive that I was nice to my own make up artists, when I was working as a model? Why are people so mean?

A birthday girl questioning the world, that could easily be a book that I would write.

Do I know her? I can make her trip next time.
