okay i see marty is taking his summer membership in nathan mackinnon's mermaid club very seriously

seventh time skating! (and second time falling. oopsie. but i still have all my bones intact. yay! although my right wrist hurts a little.)

and i learnt how to skate backwards!! i don't look even remotely graceful or pretty while doing it but hey- i'm doing it!!

our group instructor even praised me lol. (i was maybe a little teary-eyed after that. or maybe not. who knows.)

starting to think it may be time to buy my own skates (any tips??). those hockey rental ones are kinda loose and not sharp enough. but i'm not sure if i have enough money for the better ones. student life is... student life.
