“Of course it is! Do you need me to teleport you to your bedroom, or you are good to get up to Father’s palace in your own?” Metatron teased as she would play a bit with the other’s inability to find directions. 

“I’ll... Find my own way.”

Now she just wants to do it out of spite. Even in spite of the fact she doesn’t actually know where she even currently is.

“Alrighty! Then you are all set to study the book and begin your magic lessons. You can study on your own or get already some lessons with me if you do not want to be self thought~ As for the oil, it would just well… increase its resistance”

“If it’s alright with you, I’ll start alone and then come and see you about anything I might get stuck on.”

“I’m glad that I’m taking steps in the right direction, but even so, I do have to be at least a little independent, no?” She also really didn’t know how long she’d last with Mettaton and the sheer facts she remembered about BB...

“Smart girl” Metatron would then snuggle the dark haired and give her some boobs to work with her head. “And if your wand breaks, you give it to me and I will restore it. Unless, you want some wood polishing to keep it shinning and firm?” 

“Oh. Well, I guess if it’s not too much trouble for you to repair it, even if I don’t actually expect it to break that often, then I guess it’s fine.”

“Though I guess leaving it a bit beat up could leave some character as well, so I’ll hold back on polishing unless it would make it break more often.”

“Now, would you like to go and see if there is something else that catches your attention at the store? We are pampering your training right now~” Metatron tenderly winked as she then would let Sakura run around and explore if she wished for more tools as that store was all surrounded by equipments of low impact and for beginner magus.

“I think I’ll be able to manage with just this. It would be bad to be over dependent on too many items... though I guess something to maintain the wand? I don’t think it’s self-repairing at least...”

Though she didn’t even really see anything else that really grabbed her attention either way.

“Fine I will let you worry then” Metatron would now take the other around the stores as Sakura could pick if she wanted a crystal table ball or a wand for herself to learn and train. “Do not worry with the tag prices, I am the one paying it all” 

Of course, money never really crossed her mind about all this. They were transcendent angels and god who could probably crush universes if they wanted to. So what kind of problem would money have been if not a silly one?

Still, Sakura didn’t voice her disregard for money in the first place, instead simply going toward the wands, starting to look and walk around, trying to find something that would catch her attention, that would seem right, that she felt drawn to so to say... She’d probably have tested a few of them if she wasn’t worried about the whole place blowing up on accident.

“This one... I think.”

She stopped at one wand, looking at it and finding it... Good even with just that, like it would fit properly and work as she’d need, even if she couldn’t really describe even to herself why it felt like that.

“As your master, I will be sure to stop her if she tries anything harsh during your training” The blue haired chuckled as she then would take the human to a another shop. “Well, I would say average. Afterall, if you need to wave it around into an specific shape, some big wand will not be precise.” 

“I see...” She nodded but she doesn’t actually know how big a medium was and thought it would be too excessive to ask. What’s the worse that could happen with just waiting and finding out?

“And I’ll probably be fine. She knows how not to leave lasting damage, so you don’t really have to worry about us... Unless I somehow end up hurting her...”

“You are not ready for the battlefield Sakura. You will need some obvious and big and stable catalysts. After, when you re within a week or two, we can go for some more personal artifacts like rings, bracelets or a choker. Because if you overcharge any of those, they are very close to your skin and you don’t want it to go boom!”

“As for the size of your wand, or your ball, we can pick them. Well, you can pick them… Think of it as a Harry potter experience” 

“Yea but BB won’t care if I’m combat ready or not.” She had thoughts on the apparent list of things they had to buy, but it was already established those kinds of things wouldn’t be happening.

“She’s... A bit possessive and harsh so I can already tell she’d probably try to attack me till I learn at a fast rate if I have things on hand... any size recommendations? I’d go with big but I’m not sure if that’s wise...”

“You are welcome! The dark haired chuckled as she then laid her palm on top of the other’s hair, ruffling it around as she then would twitch her head to the sides. “Not really. But since you may have troubles with just magival words, lets go shop for some catalysts. Do you like wands or balls?” 

"How big are the balls?”

“I feel like using a wand would draw attention and possibly get me disarmed because of it, but if the balls are too big to be hidden, then a wand would be better... I think... Though if it’s a big wand it could serve as an emergency weapon as well. So depends on the size?”

“Yes. But we are not going to step into conclusion. Besides, it is nice to know a bit of everything before stepping into some more specialised arts” The angel would then purchase the red tome as she made sure to erase the for dummies from the cover. “Here you go. It should have a nice tutorial in there~”

“Thank you, Metatron. I’ll be sure to study to thoroughly.”

Even with the ‘for dummies’ erased, she still knew it, at least was, but she didn’t mind it, simply holding it close. “Is there any other required reading?”

“You pick your specialty sweetie, who am I to say what you should master?” Metatron would then leave her quarters and walk the other till the shopping district where the two would be heading for a shop of magic for dummies. “I will just give you a book with straight forward directions, some key words, and you hocus pocus your way up, got it?” 

Freedom to choose sounded nice... And somehow too open for her to actually think of anything on the spot. “Oh I um... Meant like inborn leaning to one power or another...?”

“Back in Fuyuki, as far as I understood there were Origins and elements you were born with that make casting certain spells easier...” Though given how she wasn’t fully sure, the fact it was a magic store for dummies seemed fitting. “And I will do my best to learn my way up!”

“That is up to you…. I just meant you will need to use some magical words and catalysts to achieve the magic on the beginning. I do not think you are strong enough to just do this” And with a snap of her fingers, Metatron had manifested an orb of light. “See? For you, I would say, we need to go shopping for a grimoire of basic spells” 

She didn’t seem too impressed with the light orb, though it was simply because of angels and BB since she wasn’t sure if she could even do it herself. It was just low in comparison to the things she’s seen and heard of. “Ok then. You lead and I’ll follow.” She’d get lost if she tried to go shopping alone... But she wouldn’t admit it out loud.

“Do you know if there is a specialty of mine I should watch out for or does it not matter?”

“Heh. You are indeed someone Peculiar,, I will give you that Sakura” The blue haired would now retrieve her hands as Sakura would only have felt a mildly shock that lasted for mostly a whole minute “You should be now prompt to well, start learning magic the slow way” 

“Oh... How many years is that?”

“I’m not sure at what rate I age at, so if it will take some decades, I’d prefer to start somewhere where I could possibly keep my youth...?” She did say slow... And Sakura was shaking her hand in the air next to her to try and get the shocky feeling out of it.

“I am not going to blast you or inflict any sort of pain… Or the other variants of loads you can think of” The angel would then raise her hand and leave it inches from Sakura. “Hold my hand, and you will feel nothing but a light shock that should activate your magical circuits….” 

“Oh, just that? Sorry, my standards are a bit unusual...”

She just smiled awkwardly and help Mettaton’s hand with trust and a bit of bracing for the shock.

"Oh, it's you. Sensei is out at the moment, so if you need help with your boyfriend's body, you'll have to wait." (I'm just assuming their relationship has been removed.))

“It’s... Not quite that. I just thought I’d come and personally thank her again and tell her everything has been going alright...”

She still felt guilty about it needing to even be done in the first place. “I can stay if you want company though? It’s not really something I have to stay to say but...” She needed an excuse since she already offered... “I don’t have anything else planned either... So I don’t mind if you want...?”

“That can be provided, but is not necessary” Metatron completed as she then took a few sips from her own tea as well as taking a cookie for herself. “Now, the first thing we should do is to unleash your magic circuits. And the easiest way, it is to overcharge you with a massive load of Mana” 

“...right, I haven’t had a reason to use them in a while, have I...” Not truly since the basement unless she was wrong... “So, hit me with your best load and I’ll do my best not to scream.”

At least it usually hurt, or so she heard, when they were activated. Then again, they might not be the ones she is thinking of and everything hurt in the basement anyway... All in all, she had an odd basis to guess what was going to happen.
