School is starting to pick up for me which is why posts have been slow and late nowadays. ): I don't want to write for the sake of getting one out.

So I just wanted to mention that if anyone wants to write Imagines for this blog, feel free to contact me at my personal blog with some samples of your writing. I'll mainly be looking for good grammar, spelling, and an overall understanding of the English language. (Some knowledge of Japanese language would be nifty too, but beggars can't be choosers!)

In the meantime, you all will sadly have to settle for little ol' me.

The freshmen trio meeting Ryoma's s.o

They're all surprised to learn he actually has a partner--being such a tennis idiot, they couldn't imagine him devoting much of his time to other things. Regardless, Kachiro and Katsuo are both pleased to meet them, but Horio is still skeptical. "What's so attractive about Echizen anyway?" They can only stare dumbfoundedly as his partner begins listing--if they didn't know better, they would never have guessed they were talking about Ryoma.

How would Seigaku react if their daughters brought home their boyfriends for the first time?

RYOMA | He’s very blunt and straightforward; just based on first impressions he’ll say, “I don’t like him,” and treat him no different than a stranger. But he does keep an eye on them when they’re together, and how the boy treats her then is what can ultimately change his mind.

TEZUKA | He asks the boy very mature questions, like what his grades are like and what field he’s going to go into. He raised his daughter to be responsible and mature so it isn’t the question of whether she’s ready for a relationship, but if she had good judgement of character.

OISHI | Very concerned about whether or not she’s at the right age to start dating, but tries to be as hospitable as possible. It’s up to his wife to ask the important questions and he’s hanging back, sighing at how his daughter’s grown so fast.

KIKUMARU | Looking for any excuse to disapprove of her boyfriend, he nitpicks at posture, mannerisms, speech—his wife kindly stops him before his daughter gets fed up. After he leaves, Kikumaru cries over how he didn’t expect to lose his daughter so early.

FUJI | A silence falls on them every time Fuji says something vaguely threatening, only to be broken by his soft chuckles and a “It was a joke.” The boyfriend thinks everything is going fine, but the wife and daughter know that smile, and his threats are very well not jokes.

INUI | Bombards the male with a barrage of questions, but she’s prepared her boyfriend for this and he answers them all—as embarrassing as some were—to show his dedication. Inui is forced to pull out his trump card, and offers the kid a glass of juice…

KAWAMURA | The most hospitable of the whole team, he trusts his daughter to have picked a good guy. Aside from a few questions just to make sure, he’s quite friendly—although, his explosive side slipped once and that was enough to frighten the boy.

MOMOSHIRO | Thoroughly embarrasses her by sobbing about all the father-daughter times they shared when she was young and how she’s going to be in her boyfriend’s care from now on. But it’s good to know he approves of the guy--for now at least.

KAIDOU | He tries his best to scare away the boy and doesn’t relent being tough on the kid. It’s his own way of judging the guy’s character and how much he really cares for his daughter, though he believes hardly anybody's deserving of her.

RYOMA | Being used to American culture where it's a bit more common to see girls with tattoos, he acclimates easier than others. But he can't believe they kept such a difficult past secret from him.

TEZUKA | He's deeply troubled by the discovery--she's still the same person, but he sees her in a different light, and he's not sure things will be the same knowing what he does now.

OISHI | He'll want to talk about her past because it worries him. He might be able to get over it, depending on the things she did but at the very least they'll stay friends.

KIKUMARU | Admittedly frightened when he first lays eyes on her body. It's a relief that she's not yakuza, but he's conflicted now about his feelings for her.

FUJI | He'll need time to reflect on it and sort out his feelings, but ultimately if she's comfortable with who she is, he'll learn to accept her that way as well.

INUI | Left utterly speechless. He figured her choices to go with long sleeves and tights were just her style. When the truth comes to light, he'll take a while to reevaluate their relationship.

KAWAMURA | It catches him off guard, but he wholly believes she's changed her ways. Despite all appearances, he doesn't lose faith in her, and he has experience with delinquents.

MOMOSHIRO | He can't believe what she's telling him is true. He adored her sweet side, but the tattoos are a reminder of who she once was, and he may not be able to look past it.

KAIDOU | It's a bit admirable how she's arguably scarier than him, yet she acclimated so well. He isn't sure how his family would take to her, however, so his feelings may very well dissolve.

ATOBE | The first thing he'll do is research just how bad of a delinquent she was. If she'd really gone as far as it seemed, he'd have to give her up--even as an Atobe there were certain lines he couldn't cross.

YUKIMURA | Few things will ever sway him from something he wants; this is definitely a hitch in the road, but after talking it out with her, his feelings would most likely stay the same.

SANADA | It changes everything. Even if it's all in the past, tattoos are a permanent reminder and far too radical for him to accept. His romantic feelings may fizzle but with effort, they could maintain a good friendship.

YANAGI | He's silent upon the big reveal; this was one of the few things he never saw coming. It's a bit intriguing and he may try to find out more, or whatever else she is hiding from him.

MARUI | She spoiled him silly with cookies and cakes, he really couldn't see her being the same person she said she was. Honestly, he could look past her appearances.

JACKAL | Although he doesn't push her away, his romantic feelings fizzle; he has to deal with enough craziness from his teammates everyday and doesn't need anymore weirdness in his life.

NIOU | At first he whistles, thinking they're intricate fakes, but when she insists they're real, he's actually impressed. He prefers girls who are helplessly honest, so things may or may not work out.

YAGYUU | Doesn't approve of her past behavior--it's quite unbecoming and he's very strict about adhering to school policies. Given that she's reformed--though it'll be difficult--he's willing to overlook it.

KIRIHARA | Of course his first reaction is to be freak out and assume she's yakuza. For a couple days he'll still be suspicious, but he still likes her--he's also a rebellious type, although not as openly discernible.

SAEKI | Everyone always thought it strange how she would avoid going to the beach or showing skin. He's not likely to change his mind about her and may even feel more compelled that she won't be left out.

RYOMA | The distant older brother. They're almost strangers because he's always doing his own thing and loves tennis so much. That said, somehow whenever she's in trouble or needs help, he's always there.

TEZUKA | The serious older brother. Reliable, mature, intelligent, always armed with advice for her problems. He acts as her guide, almost like a parent, and it's difficult for him to leave her to follow his own dreams.

OISHI | The motherly older brother. Caring, a bit nagging, and overly concerned about her. Always willing to listen to her problems, even if he doesn't exactly understand her 'girl troubles'.

KIKUMARU | The playful older brother. Enjoys playing together a lot and she's actually the one who acts more mature most of the time. In the end, it's only because he hopes she never grows up to not need him.

FUJI | The teasing older brother. Yuuta still gets the brunt of it, but she's been subjected to her fair share of teasing too. Despite his evil side, he does care deeply for her and tries to be a good model.

INUI | The smart older brother. She can rely on him to help her with any schoolwork she's having trouble with. Unfortunately, he's also a bit strange and has a fascination with concoctions he calls ' Inui Juices'.

KAWAMURA | The helpful older brother. No matter how small, he'll carry everything for her and wants to protect her from everything bad in the world. Also easily pushed around, though she doesn't take advantage of the fact.

MOMOSHIRO | The doting older brother. Absolutely loves her to bits and is very vocal about it. He'll talk about her any chance he gets--but the moment someone actually shows an interest in her, he scares them off.

KAIDOU | The tough older brother. He wants her to grow to be independent, not spoiled with affection. They're usually at ends with each other, but he cares more than anyone and is always keeping a watchful eye.

TEZUKA | The pause is only about half a second long before he leaves, shutting the door behind him. When she finally comes out with her head ducked, expecting punishment, he does nothing of the sort. "What's your decision? Are you telling the team?" Despite now knowing the truth, he's more concerned about the ramifications it carries for her. "You might not be in the club anymore, but you're always welcome to join our practices."

YUKIMURA | Hardly anything escapes his notice—the sudden jerk to try and cover herself, the way she was trying to play it cool and pretend nothing was wrong—and he figures it out in mere seconds. Rather than dwell on his sexuality, he just sighs helplessly and shuts the door to give them privacy. “Well, well, what should we do?” He courteously covers her with his jacket. “I’m not sure how the others would react if they knew…”

SANADA | He’s confused by her sudden need to cover her chest. “What are you scared of?” The first thing that crosses his mind is an injury, but perhaps it’s the result of an illness—in that case, he’s sure Yukimura would understand—but he is immediately kicked out. It takes a moment, but when he recalls her figure, the expression of absolute horror on her face, he slowly gets more and more red as the realization dawns on him.

NIOU* | The moment he walks in and sees, a chuckle escapes his lips. “If you’re going to get caught this easily, the others will find out in no time.” She blinks several times and then hesitantly asks when he found out. He feigns being insulted, “I’m the Trickster of the courts, master Illusionist, and you think you can fool me with that simple disguise?” Flustered, she mutters that he’s right and can practically feel him smirking.

KIRIHARA | “Whoa, what happened?” He’s extremely concerned when he sees the bindings but when he hurries to her side she pushes him away. “D-Don’t!” Her sharp rebuttal stings, but he doesn’t give up—and then, something about her face just… clicks. “…You’re—not hurt… are you?” The fact that she doesn’t say anything is answer enough. He sighs in relief and almost hugs her—that is, until she punches him.

TOOYAMA | Still clueless, he walks right up to her, peering at the bandages wrapped around her chest. “Huh? What’re these for?” She screams when he starts trying to pick them off and tries to put a good distance between them—not much, considering they’re in the locker room. He asks—quite seriously—if it’s something similar to Shiraishi’s poison arm and she’s glad he’s pretty dense.

SHIRAISHI | Two things run through his mind: to ask if she’s injured, or to crack a joke about how they match; neither are spoken when she reflexively covers herself and understanding washes over him. With wide eyes, he begins, “You’re—” but upon seeing her humiliated face, he quickly remembers his manners. Walking out, he speaks to her through the doors. “S-Sorry, we’ll talk about it later. I’ll forget what I saw.” Liar.

KENYA | He quickly says, “Hey, we’re about to start,” but pauses upon seeing the bandages. “Oh, if you’re injured, I’ll just tell Shiraishi.” He doesn’t listen to her protests and by the time she gets to the courts, fully dressed, they’ve weaseled out enough information from him to figure it out. Sadly, he remained oblivious right up until someone said it straight up. “Huh?” He looks at her, suddenly red in the cheeks. “Eh?!”

*This is not only how I believe he would react, it’s actually canon, haha. A similar situation happens in Girls Be Gracious!

She says the baby can’t wait to meet him and he murmurs with a gentle look in his eyes, “I can hardly wait myself.”

TEZUKA | The second he feels it, his eyes look at her in concern. "Did that hurt?" With a warm smile, even if it's a little lie, she tells him, "Not at all," and asks if he wants to keep count with her. He doesn't hesitate to sit by her side with a hand on her abdomen for the next two hours; looking so content, he even asks, "Just a few more minutes?" and she can't turn down that look on his face.

ATOBE | She hobbled to his office as fast as she could just to tell him the baby woke up and to let him feel a kick. Slightly out of breath, she beams at him, "He's saying, 'Good morning, Daddy!'" and as though the baby heard, they kicked in unison. It was just what he needed after several days of hard work. Placing a soft kiss on her belly, he murmurs softly, "Good morning, Aka-chan.*"

SANADA | His breath catches in his throat at the tiny movement and his intense gaze doesn't leave her belly--she has to stifle her laughter but still quips that he's scaring them. "A-Ah, really?" Flustered, he pulls away and seems distracted as he stares at his hand. Tilting her head, she can see a small smile on his lips as he softly says, "I still can't believe that's... our child."

KIRIHARA | She could feel him jump slightly at the movement and he quickly retracts his hand. “Uwah!” She giggles at how easily he scares and comments, “Seems like they’re quite active.” He looks troubled, as though they'll surely get into a lot of mischief--"I'm sure they'll want to spend a lot of time with Papa."--and suddenly he brightens again. "You... think so?"

*Aka-chan is an endearing term for 'baby' in Japanese. "Good morning, baby," doesn't carry the same connotation in English, haha.

Forgive me for taking so long with this, but after re-reading your ask, i realized why it was so difficult for me to write.

'Cheating' is quite broad. Was it an accident or was their relationship already on the verge of breaking? What constitutes cheating? A deep kiss, a date, a night together? The answer to these questions rely heavily on what kind of person the SO is and the relationship they share with their partner--which is why I can't really write this imagine.

In general, I try to keep the SO and their personality ambiguous. When I write them in situations, I try to make them say or do things that I believe anybody would possibly say or do. So, yes, if their SO was hot-headed and doesn't think about consequences spur of the moment, they'd consider cheating to get back at their partner. If they're insecure, probably not--but I'm not here to write about SO reactions, sadly. They could go a million ways.

As for the first half of your question, again, it relies heavily on their relationship, but I can at least generalize situations. If it was honest-to-goodness an accident, the boys would definitely explain themselves. None of them would want this kind of misunderstanding hanging over them. If, however, their relationship was already dysfunctional, then the decision they made is a conscious one; they'll certainly be surprised at first and feel remorse their partner had to find out before they could end the relationship themselves, but a break up is something they would have expected.

FUJI | Momentarily floored by how stunning she looks, he quickly pulls himself together to smile at her. “I wish I had my camera to preserve this moment.” After a brief pause, he puts a hand to his chin. “On the other hand, I could wait until our actual wedding,” and that insinuation has got her blushing all the way to her ears.

KAIDOU | “I-Idiot, what are you wearing?!” he shouts the moment he sees her and fervently looks around to make sure nobody else is nearby. He’s trying to block her from being seen without touching the dress as though he’ll rip it. When she pouts and asks for his opinion, he rubs at his neck. “Well, yeah… It looks—you look nice.”

HIYOSHI | The moment he faces her, he scrambles a few steps back. "Wh-What are you doing?!" and his hands are covering his eyes as though she were naked. She gently peels them away and reassures him it's okay to look--she wants his thoughts. "It... You..." A shaky breath. "White... suits you," he mutters softly.

YUKIMURA | She twirls for him, carefully so as not to ruin the dress, and he’s too moved to even speak. For a full minute, he just pulls her close and places kiss upon kiss on her cheeks, nose, lips, eyes. “You look…” He can’t even find the words to describe her. “Haha, I don’t know what to say. Nothing does you justice.”

KIRIHARA | He howls in pain after pinching himself and she quickly asks if he's okay. "Huh? This is reality?" His eyes are constantly looking her up and down, and if he can't believe it. "B-But I swear I had a dream just like this!" The sudden confession has her heart beating rapidly in her chest and she embraces him tightly to hide her blush.

TOOYAMA | His eyes widen and she could swear they were sparkling. “____-chan, you’re… beautiful!” He can no longer hold back the wide grin, so reminiscent of their high school days, and he picks her up to twirl her around. “Hey, why don’t we get married today? Right now, just the two of us. Let’s go pick out the rings!”

SHIRAISHI | Despite the fast-paced rhythm of his heart, he makes a small quip. "Wait a second, don't you know it's bad luck for the groom to see the bride before the ceremony?" She pushes him lightheartedly and asks what he thinks with a shy bite of the lip. "Hah... I'm thinking 'what on Earth did I do to deserve you?'"

ZAIZEN | The moment he holds up his cell phone, she turns away in embarrassment, saying she doesn't want him to post it on his blog. He gives her a confused look and immediately says, "Why would I do that? This picture is for myself." With a slight blush, he finishes, "I don't want just anybody seeing you like this."

YUUTA | He's completely baffled until she explains it's just a rental and she was having fun. A big sigh of relief leaves his lips. "Oh, good. So the proposal is still happeni--" He realizes his mistake too late and they exchange shy looks. She touches him softly on the arm, "Should I keep this dress after all?"

KRAUSER | Seizing her hands in his, he’s excitedly spouting English sentences that she can only catch every now and then. He looks like he’s got tears in his eyes when he calms down enough to speak in Japanese. “You look… amazing.” With a shy laugh she reminds him they’re not actually getting married.

Seigaku team meeting Fuji's innocent and cute gf?

FUJI isn't hesitant at all to introduce her to his teammates--although he does keep an especially close eye when she's around Kikumaru or Momoshiro--and they know better than to try anything. However, a few might be brave enough to see what makes him tick by teasing her. She doesn't think anything about it when Fuji has to keep coming to her rescue. Overall, she's good friends with all of them and they see just a bit more of his possessive side when she's around.

Can we have the seigaku guys' reaction when they receive chocolate from their crush and the guys get excited only to find out it's just friendship chocolate and they are giving it out to everyone in their class; the seigaku guys see a nicely decorated box of homemade chocolates in their crush's bag and they realize it is not for them but for someone else :)

Aww, the poor babies… 3 I actually love this ask though, haha.

RYOMA | The fancy ribbon catches his eye and the question leaves his lips before he can stop himself. “What’s that?” Her cheeks flush a rosy pink—his heart stung at the sight—and she shyly responds, “Oh, that’s…” She’s trying, and failing, to stifle the wide grin on her face. Having gotten the message, he moodily pulls his cap over his eyes, wishing he was the one that could make her smile so beautifully.

TEZUKA | He’d felt his heart beat faster just seconds before it plummeted when he spots one last bag of chocolates in her bag. It had only been a second, but that was all he needed to know everything there was to tell. As she excuses herself, the only thing he can do is smile and wish her luck—from the bottom of his heart, he truly did, because he didn’t want her to have the feel the way he did at that exact moment.

OISHI | Given the current situation, it occurred to him how silly he was—ever since the morning he’d been unable to sit still in anticipation of this moment only to have it turn out nothing like he expected. He wasn’t arrogant enough to believe she’d give him homemade chocolate, but it also didn’t cross his mind that she would have it, and intend to give it to someone else. like always, he doesn’t say a thing, grins, and bears it.

KIKUMARU | “Huh? Who’s that for?” She playfully elbows him with a blush on her cheeks. “The guy I like, silly.” It hurts to hear her say that so obviously, knowing he wasn’t that guy, but he puts on a brave face and tries to act normal. “Really? You sure it’s not for me? Nyaha~” She’s laughing with him, completely unaware that he was mostly serious. If only he had said something sooner, today may have turned out differently.

FUJI | He’d gotten several chocolates from classmates, but hers was special—at least, he wanted it to be. “That…” he can’t help but speak up and her gaze follows his before she frantically tries to hide the homemade chocolates in the depths of her bag again. “I… need to find my confidence first.” When the reality sets in for him, he tries to give her an encouraging smile. “I’m sure you’ll do just fine, ____-chan.”

INUI | He goes silent for a moment after seeing the homemade chocolate. “…I shouldn’t be disappointed…” he murmurs to himself. She innocently asks if he said something and he shakes his head, excusing himself. He had the data—the numbers were climbing with more certainty everyday, and yet he had held onto the hope that he was wrong, that she could like him instead. How foolish, to think his calculations would fail him this time.

KAWAMURA | His kind brown eyes spot the fancy bag and an unwitting “Ah…” slips from his lips. She immediately asks him, “What’s wrong?” He waves his hands frantically and tears his gaze away from it. “N-No, nothing!” His wistful stare switches from her back to the chocolate he received; a mocking ‘Happy Valentine’s Day!’ is written on the card, but he would never tell her she’s the very reason that wasn’t true.

MOMOSHIRO | She knows he saw it and the beginnings of an awkward tension falls between them, but he quickly puts a bright smile on his face. “Heh, ____-chan you never told me you liked someone.” She takes in a deep breath as a sort of confidence boost. “Yep, I decided to go for it today.
