What relation do you have with I'm anti makorra okay?

//i created this blog because i got annoyed at that blog and the fact that their posts were showing up in a tag i tracked and the fact that i felt like their posts were denying any legitimate criticism at makorra. it was this but was mainly directed at the early anti korrasami posts which were honestly flat-out homophobic bc it was mostly making fun of KA shippers for reading into scenes with potential queer subtext which comes out really… uncomfortably homophobic since it was mostly non-queer people mocking the way lgbt+ people wanted to interpret scenes

and then after this people were like “hey… you know making fun of gay people for finding comfort in interpreting things as queer and telling them they cant do that is  kind of… homophobic?” and then people started making MORE posts and tagging them in the korrasami tag like “not all mk shippers are homophobic”

anyways it was a big mess and now the nature of the blog has changed in post-finale since anti KA shippers often times aren’t just blatantly bashing for no real purpose and its more complicated than that and the fandom has shown that there are more sj-inclined people (my people) and anti sj people in both shipping fandoms and this blog is more likely to target anti-sj and other annoying random stuff in the fandom with a slight focus on korrasami i guess?

makorras more progressive than korrasami because we have a male character that has masculine traits, and korra who shares traits such as being in-control, powerful, and confident, which korrasami has also, but since there is a feminine girl in it, the makorra ship is more progressive, even though korra is literally what makes it progressive. and she’s in korrasami also. but. asami is a girl who acts feminine. and amale who acts masculine in a straight relationship. is more progressive and queer than a girl who acts femininely in a gay relationship,,,,

to clarify: i meant directly referring to the writing of the pairign as in “it’s rushed” or “it’s not enough” etc. if a woc wants to criticize the writing of korrasami for being harmful to women of color then that is completely cool as well, etc
