Challenges of being with your Agape Soulmate

Well, lots of people think that when you find your romantic soulmate everything starts to fall into place, and you will live happily ever after. It’s not true. Being in a relationship with your agape soulmate is very complicated because you are as sensitive as your partner when it comes to EVERYTHING.

So, if you are feeling different, they know you are feeling that way, there’s no way to actually hide it.

Everything is more intense because that person is THE ONE and you feel like you are in a lot of pressure. I’ll give you an advice: CHILL! Yes you need to work on your relationship as much as everybody else, but don’t freak out about the possibility of losing this person, putting too much pressure into this might complicate things even more. Take it slow and keep in mind that that’s the love of your life, and it will be okay.

Be aware that there is a chance that you might meet that person twice or more in different moments of your life, so it’s okay if it doesn’t work out, it might happen later for you.

Also, sometimes the person is not your soulmate, you just want them to be. That can - and probably will - hurt you. Please try to pay attention to your own soul and try to read yourself, because love might blind us but the soul always sees through.

If you are having doubts, talk to your godparents or your soulfamily - if you have one or have met yours - and see if they also see your partner as your soulmate, they might help.

IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THE OTHER SOULPARENT OF YOUR SOULCHILDREN MIGHT NOT BE YOUR AGAPE SOULMATE!! Souls aren’t always interconnected directly, so please be aware of that.

There is always a person.

I know that that might sound too romantic or cheesy and I also know that people get over whatever they had with each other and eventually move on. But there is ALWAYS a person who will ALWAYS be the one.

They might not be the one you’ll marry with, or be the one you’ll be with for the rest of your life, but they are the one you share a piece of yourselves with and that will never change.

Don’t fool yourself. When I say that, I do not mean that the person you are with now is the person you feel like that with, and I do not want this to become an excuse for you to keep lying to yourself just because you are afraid of changes and you decided to be with the person even when you both are gone.

I’m saying this because if you TRULY feel this kind of feeling, you will know it without even having to ask yourself.

I am lucky enough to be with the person whom I have this feeling with, and that’s why I do what I can to make her understand and feel how much I love and appreciate her in my life. Do the same, or you might find yourself looking for this person in others and breaking other people’s hearts because of it.

The only problem with this (very well put together) analogy is that there are DEFINITELY still people out there who feel this way about a woman not taking her husband’s name.

This is also coincidentally a good formula for how men like to goad women into fights, especially online. There’s always some level of being politely condescending and then lashing out when you ask them to stop.

My children need me, and I can’t be there for them because I’m falling apart myself.
