Half Way There

It’s been 6 1/2 months on T.

My voice has heavily dropped and now I don’t shut up. 😂

I take weekly T shots now, which was a adjustment. But so far, things have been going ok.

I feel more depressed than I did at the start of my transition though. And I’ve been going to therapy for it. We both believe it’s because I need to leave this town and start over somewhere else.

I’ve got good news though! I was finally able to start T on December 18th. So it’s almost been 1 month on T.

So far, not many changes. My monthly cycle is late so maybe T has caused it to stop already? Haha

I’ve also noticed some difference in body odors. Not the best of smells. Lmao But, I’m still happy!

Update On My Life

Hey guys.

Its been awhile. October and November flew by. But that is ok because I’ll be going to see a doctor for testosterone on Dec 18th.

I’m beyond excited about this! As long as my blood work comes back clear and my mental evaluation is clear, I’ll be able to start T.

Update on my life

Sorry everyone. I disappeared for a bit there. ._.

~School is going ok so far. I have zero motivation to get my homework/studying done. So I end up forcing myself to do it. Or just not study at all. I also had my first mini speech today. Each one of us were given a small excerpt from the MLK “I Have A Dream” speech. I think I did decent on it. I had my part memorized and I tried to make it sound like it was my own. I kept fidgeting a little so that probably dropped my grade a bit. But it is what it is. Ha

~I’ve been talking with this guy I met off a dating app for about a month now. And he’s really sweet. And actually respects me for who I am and does not mind that I’m trans. We just haven’t met yet.

~I got some tickets for this super cool haunted attraction called “Frightland”. I can’t wait to go in October. I also got tickets for the beer festival and for the wine festival. 😋

I’m scared about starting my classes again. Here I am awake at 4:30am, scared, and crying. My anxiety is hitting me so hard right now.

I think I’m mostly afraid of walking those college hallways again without... him. My ex fiancé gave me so much confidence with school. I did the same in return for him.

I’m also terrified of taking speech, which is my first class at 9am. 😣 I don’t even know why that is getting to me so bad considering I have to give speeches all the time with my job. Maybe it’s because my ex and I promised each other we’d survive it together. Or, maybe it’s because he took my confidence with him when he flew back to California...

#36: How has your birth order/characteristics of siblings affected you?

~Well I’m the oldest and it’s just my sister and I. We have a 5 year difference. But, we’ve always been there for each other.

She’s definitely the prettier one. Hahaha And possibly the more outgoing.

I’m more mature and silent. But together, we make up for each other’s weaknesses. 🙂
