The city was crowded and that’s exactly how Kirby liked it. Her arms folded as she looked out into the massive crowd that had little to no personal space. “Candy from a baby.” she mumbled to herself as she interjected herself into the masses. Her hands roamed as person after person brushing through their pockets till she could get her fresh acrylic nails on something to pawn off, she seen a pair of Balenciaga’s she was simply dying to get her paws on. ‘Jackpot’ she thought as scooped up someones phone and make a quick exit out of the crowd down an almost empty smog infested alley.She took a sigh of relief before examining her treasure hunt winnings. She felt a presence in front of her looking up give half a smile..

. :･ﾟ☾ ˙ ˖ ✶ — Look! It’s KIRBY RIVERA. They have been living in SOUTH Kingsboro for 21 YEARS. They say the  21 year old can be SELF-CENTERED but also CONVIVIAL , but I just think SHE looks a lot like ALEXA DEMIE. ✕

Kimberly ‘Kirby’ Rivera was born and raised South Kingsboro by her mother and father. Her mother a nail technician and father involved in criminal activities since he was young. Kirby was a nickname her father gave her when she was little, it just stuck with her to the age of twenty-one. Sometimes the girl forgets her birth name. Kirby was always spoilt through her life, even if she didn’t live on the nicest side of town she always had the nicest of clothes, accessories and shoes as a child. Her father truly had her spoiled giving her an entitled attitude. 

Unfortunately due to his criminal activities, her father was locked up for an awful long time while Kirby was young. She tried visiting at least once a month but those visits became less frequent as she grew older and less connected to her father. With her father locked up there was extreme pressure on her mother to provide for the two of them, taking up an extra job meant her relationship with Kirby grew strained. Kirby began to rebel against her and although she loved her mother, Kirby struggled to express her emotions becoming closed off.

Although Kirby didn’t have much support from her family financially, she would always make sure she had the best of clothes and make-up by means necessary. That usually involved, shoplifting, pickpocketing and selling off anything she can get hands on for a couple dollars. Kirby was extremely self-involved in that aspect, it didn’t matter who she hurt just as long as she got what she feels she deserves. An attitude like that has always made it difficult for Kirby to have close friends, it’s not that she didn’t want a big group of friends because she did but who on earth could trust a narcissistic thief?
