Warmup – 1 mile run with the boys. They were so fast and this felt like a real pace for a mile, not a warm up. Stretched and mobilized plenty before getting into it
A) dl 5×5 Warmup Sets at 135-185-205 3@225. Got called out that it looked too easy so I did my last 2 sets @ 245# Went well- probsbly could have managed all sets at 245
B) 1rm press 85-95-100ff- 100- 105ff Pr is 102.5
