The size of my body literally determines what I do with my life and I’m never going to live under that kind of confinement again. Feeling confident is so different. Living in a “thick/fat” body has destroyed my confidence and it stops me from a lot.

I hope I recover from the rollercoaster I’ve been on with weight since I was 12 one day but also idk if that’s possible for me cuz every single time I consume calories I’m thinking about it in a “healthy or unhealthy” way, I can’t stop thinking about it at all or I gain fat…….Idk lol but FOR ME imma need to be back on the thinner side of things and hope I don’t go too far that eat way either? 🙄 and when I do it “healthy” it’s still unhealthy cuz no matter what im excessively counting and weighing and fasting and working out cuz I don’t wanna be skinny fat.

I got a face card for days, get this body back right?! Imma be modest and disrespectful.

Turns out all I needed to get all the way locked back on track was my housemate saying he’s doing a 30 day water fast (he won’t) but still.

Ain’t no older man finna lose more weight than me 😂

Plus my crush been locked in too he’s been sending me his stats and I can’t be heavier than him soooooooooooo
