Young Blood ll Katie&Adam
Katie knew the man was growing slightly nervous when she mentioned the Amber Alert sign, causing her to grow more nervous herself. When he mentioned that the girl in his car was his daughter, Katie almost immediately knew that he was lying. Katie put her free hand on her back pocket where her phone was, just in case she needed to pull it out quickly in case something were to happen. Katie could feel herself shaking as their conversation continued. As Adam mentioned calling the police to clear everything up, Katie began taking her phone out of here pocket’ but not bringing it in front of her body where it was visible. Katie’s nerves were even more on end when he stopped laughing just after Adam spoke, indicating that he was really nervous about them calling the police. Katie nodded her head at Adam and pulled her phone completely out of her pocket, immediately dialing 911. Before she could finish, however, she felt the man grabbing her and attempting to take her phone away, pushing her against the car. Katie struggled against this man, trying her hardest to get away from him and call the police. When Adam pulled the man away for her and brought him to the ground and began wrestling him, she let Adam handle him for a minute as she dialed 911 and put the phone up to her ear. “Leave him alone!” She yelled as he climbed not top of Adam, continuously punching him in the face. Katie kicked the man in the side to get him off of Adam, watching as Adam began punching him again. Katie now had 911 on the phone. “Please hurry.” She said before dropping the phone momentarily, before running over to the mans car and opening the door, pulling the little girl out. “Sweetie are you okay?” Katie asked, not seeing any sign of injury on her.
Adam continued wrestling around with the man and trying to keep him occupied while Katie got the little girl out of the car. Every time the man would head towards their direction, Adam would use every ounce of strength he could muster to bring the man back down with him. He was in too much pain but the adrenaline pumping through his body was too much for him to even notice all the pain he was actually enduring. He saw Katie sneak back over to the car and put the little girl inside. Adam kept distracting the man so he didn't see what was happening. After about another minute of them fighting, the man picked Adam up by the back of his shirt and slammed his head against the car. "Fuck!" Adam yelled and fell on his side next to the car holding his head, he felt something warm on his hand and when he pulled away, noticed it was blood. He tried sitting up but his vision began to blur and he started to forget what was happening until his vision cleared and as he looked up at the man, he froze at an all too familiar sight. The man had a gun pointed right at him with a grin on his face.
