Guys has any of you dealt with Xanax or any kind of Benzodiazepines withdrawal effects? The thing is I got them prescribed but I really want to go off of them since I started noticing I phisically need them and I want to stop before the dosage starts increasing. Anyways, the question is, if you have deal with it, what dosage did you take and how did you stop taking it/what were the symptoms of stopping and how long did it take for you to stop?
