How much stubborn determination and deliberate practice per teammate? Be that teammate.
Being a pawn on the frontline is no glamorous task.
But to the king and everyone else on the team, dead useful. Literally.

Ultimately, the one who has no hope has no joy. There is everlasting hope and joy in Christ and coping with depression can fit in there somewhere.

Feeling stressed - it’s just a feeling I guess but it weighs heavy and isn’t going away. Need to push it back to the comfort zone so I take Jesus’ business seriously :)
