How about uhhh tucker being drunk and just clings onto reader the whole night and the others do nothing but tease(deep down they find it so so cute)

John Tucker x fem!reader
john tucker was a d1 clinger, people knew that. he loved being around you, he loved holding hands with you, he had to be touching you all the time. if you were there, tucker was two feet behind you. he always needed to be there, some people found it annoying and others found it admirable. it mattered on the person.
the one thing though was when he got drunk, tucker was even clingier when he got drunk. if he could climb into your skin and share it with you, he would. the first people to ever notice was dean and garrett because they knew tucker was a softie at heart but the second he got drunk and said
"guys...wheres my girlfriend? i miss her" even though he had seen you two seconds ago? the others knew just how gone he truly was for you and though they acted like they hated it, they did love that for him. how much he loved and cared for you
right now was yet another one of those nights that he got drunk without meaning to, the others just kept giving him drinks and who was he to say no to them. he kept drinking and drinking until he couldn't anymore and the next thing you knew, he was clinging to you like a cat to catnip
"awww does little tuck need his girlfriend?" dean teased and you smacked his arm, dean let out an "ow!"
"thats violent, you can't hit me" he said
"can't i? no ones stopping me and youre being annoying" you said and the others snorted. you sighed and shook your head before you turned to tucker who was still holding onto your waist with his face smooshed into your shoulder
"i don't think ive ever seen him this calm,hes like a dog with a bone" logan exclaimed
"hey! shes not a bone" allie said
"thank you allie" you said and she smiled at you before garrett spoke up because apparently it was bully tucker time. you groaned as you heard garrett
"no shes not a bone, shes just the next sip of alcohol that he needs" he teased. you tried to stand up but tucker was persistent
"don't go" he whined
"we're going to bed, pretty. you're drunk" you told him and he shook his head
"im not drunk" he fought
"yeah, tell the time" dean said and tucker turned to the clock, he pointed at it and laughed
"i am not fucking drunk" he said to the clock and everyone fell into laughter. you chuckled and nodded before you helped him up and smiled at the others
"night guys"
"night lovebirds" they all said together and you finally disappeared up the stairs together for the night with tucker still clinging to you. you laughed and held him as the two of you got into his room and fell back on the bed with smiles on your faces. he nuzzled into you and fell asleep

Not all of the people reading your x reader fics have white skin
Just a gentle reminder before you write characteristics that assume whiteness and exclude your black/indigenous/poc supporters-specifically in 'x reader' works.
I love and appreciate writers, but this is a recurring avoidable issue (going on for decades now).
"your dusky pink nipples" "your face turned just as red as his" "he could see the blush on your face" “your cheeks furiously blushed” “your ears burn bright red” “The look in your reddened face” “your knuckles white with effort” “bruised purple against your light skin”
Describing the physical feeling instead of the visual change helps include your readers while also elevating your writing IMO.
Anyone can say "Your cheeks turned red with embarrassment" or "Your face flushed" but wouldn't you rather say "A burning heat rushed across your face, from your neck to the tip of your nose, prickling right underneath the surface. You look anywhere but him, hoping your newfound interest in the buildings ceiling tiles will ease the fire tightening beneath your skin" And instead of the other character pointing out that the readers face is red, they can point out the obvious flustered facial expression/body language.
If you want your reader insert to have white/fairskin, then just label them white!reader or put the mention in the warnings/summary.
↪I have reached out to writers I favored/supported before and sometimes I have been met with severe hostility and defensiveness. I often wonder if people are doing this purposefully or for some reason think only white people read their fanfics (?)-if that's the case then be upfront and label your reader inserts as white!reader or something PLEASE. It’s gotten to the point where I feel like black women and other POC aren’t wanted or considered in these fandoms because it comes off like that in your writing. If you need a different motivation, just know you're missing out on more interactions, reblogs, and a bigger reader base. I don’t know why white is the default for so many writers in unspecified x reader/reader insert fics-the people on your blog following, reading, and supporting you aren’t all white and fair-skinned.
I am not talking about OC fics or fics where race/skintone is x specified in summary or warnings. This is specifically about unspecified "x reader" where whiteness is assumed as the default
Put in the comments good replacements for writers to use!
"I, uh... posted a pic of you. On my MySpace." Rodrick mumbled, like maybe you wouldn't hear it if he said it quiet enough. He sat in front of his computer on his beat-up desk chair, the glow illuminating his face. You gave him a little grin, crossing the room to stand over his shoulder.
"Lemme see." You demanded, resting your hand affectionately on the top of his head. He looked up at you with a little smile and those eyes ringed with eyeliner, before returning his eyes to the screen to click around a few times.
Your eyes widened in interest when he pulled up the post. It was extremely plain, he "didn't have time" for his blog, though you knew he was kinda terrified what people thought of it, and just didn't want anyone to think he was trying. You knew he definitely was, though, you'd seen the focused way his teeth tugged at his bottom lip when his fingers flew across the keyboard.
It was just a picture of you, one you recognized being from last weekend when you'd been getting ready to go out at his house. You were set up in the bathroom, makeup cluttering every inch of the smooth white countertop and the back of the toilet, too. Hair pulled back so it was out of your way, face intently focused as you put your lashes on. It was a cute pic, even if you weren't all the way ready, you let it slide. You could even see a little sliver of Rodrick in the pic, reflected in the mirror when he'd leaned against the doorframe to take it. You remember turning around and waving him off with a laugh, but he sat with you in the bathroom while you finished your makeup, watching you from the edge of the tub with admiring eyes.
Your eyes caught on the title of the post, which just read "glitter glue drinker" and that made you laugh loudly. A couple of his friends comments only made it worse, one of them reading: "she lookz like it." Rodrick's face was lit up with glee as he watched you laugh, effectively giving your stamp of approval, and he was visibly relieved.
"That's cute." You offered him, leaning down over his shoulder to kiss his cheek, though he kept you there long enough to snag a longer kiss on the lips, and he tasted like a tootsie roll.
