INDIAN SUMMER is a site-specific dance video with NY based experimental dancer Elle Erdman. The video was shot at Jacob Riis Beach in NY. Elle used choreographic moves combined with improvisational moves.

Massachusetts-based percussionist and electronics artist Jake Meginsky created a tape music score for the video. The original video-edit was based on another track that was removed after, leaving a silent film to base his score on.

The film was shot, edited and produced by Jef Mertens.

STAMP is a guerilla-style experimental dance piece constructed around the contours and architecture specific to the subterranean levels of Berlin. The negative space between the crowds of people flowing in and off the trains then onto platforms to exit the subways, create continually changing pathways in which the dancers move through. The dancers use their ability to put movement into the negative space in which lies between the crowds and trains constantly grazing and energizing the use of space. These spaces are highlighted as something to work with rather than a feeling of disruption, intentionally using a disruptive quality as part of the choreography. The elements of a transient urban space in constant motion presents this piece I call STAMP.
