Smells like gunpowder and wildflowers - Very divisive, all of his friends love it but others are edgy.
If presented before meeting Luffy, went through it in his moms house alone
Townspeople noticed his absence, leave food and supplies outside his door while yelling about how the pirates coming made them "Drop this hot meal and jug of water". He may continue doing this with the Strawhats out of habit. They all think it's very cute
Doesn't really touch his own scent glands. Given that and the fact when he starts traveling he wears scent patches whenever he's not in heat, they're really sensitive.
Has incredibly strong senses, namely hearing and sight, he can smell really well, but is bad at interpreting scents. (Others can smell less but still tell a lot about the person who gave the scent, while he can tell you everything about the scent but very little about what it means.)
Nests BAD. We already know he overpacks, and his nests are the same. If something is not within sight during preheat, he's convinced he's lost it forever
Him out of heat vs. him in heat are night and day. Heat Usopp is blindly trusting if he recognizes their scent, doesn't talk much, and barely opens his eyes if he can help it. Post heat he's very embarrassed, trying to be as quiet and small as possible to avoid being 'more of a problem'.
Fangs are pretty big by omega standards, he tucks them behind his lips when smiling, but they're very prominent when he laughs. Omega fangs are straight.
